He has tremendous customer service skills and will go somewhere huge one day because he treats people wonderfully and cares about the company! Ordered build your own nachos. The beef was WAY over seasoned. Hard to eat. Lots of extra liquid in the container, like they added extra water to the seasoning packets and the beef was swimming in it. The nachos were terrible. Oversalted and inedible. Toppings were very skimpy. Hardly enough to even add flavor to the dish. Food arrived cold. Never again.

We got dinner there last night and it was absolutely terrible. I got the chicken quesadilla and there may have been a few pieces of old burnt chicken on it. I was supposed to get fajita peppers on it also, there weren’t any. The bowl was also lacking any meat. This will be a last time for me. We should have got Taco Bell instead. With serving food like that, I don’t know how you stay in business.

absolutely love qdobas!! but every time we get order online and pick up they never get it correct. i got a basic bowl with literally rice, ground beef, queso, and cheese and got no cheese or ground beef. how do you not put the meat!? love qdoba but cannot get over how they keep messing up. especially for how expensive it was just for queso and rice is very frustrating.

I was asked to wait to order then waited for the food even when there was no line, which is fine i understand especially now days people might be understaffed but I ordered a quesadilla and they didn’t cut it all the way through and then they stuffed it in this little bowl and it was all messed, it looks so unappetizing and not even good, couldn’t eat it more than one slice. The chips and queso were good.
