You employees need a 101 in basic common edict. I highly suggest watching the cameras around 8pm this evening.. I understand everyone has a bad day. But when the blonde employee who is on breaks interrupts us from paying so she can get can cut in the the line backwards to talk to the gentleman working the counter. Plus I love hearing all about how the other blonde coworker talking about how could she could stay the night but she doesn’t have any clothes.. you couldn’t even fill the queso all the way and then SLAMMED it on the counter. If you hate your job that much girl go get a new one so you can keep clothes with you. EMBARRASSING.

First of all they apparently had no parchment paper for the cheese to be encrusted, no queso made it into my quesadilla. No salsa or pico made it into my quesadilla. Literally one piece of steak in one of the side pieces and minimal cheese. If I could have given a zero I would have. Who serves this to someone?

Female employee reaching over everybody food to prepare bowls for customers behind them in line instead of waiting until their food moves up. Then the male worker had the nerve to say something to me for pointing over the glass to the sauce even though my hands were no wear as close as his coworker who was cross contaminating food

Qdoba used to be one of my go to places to eat. As someone who doesn’t eat meat or cheese, I always get the fajita veggies on my burrito/bowl. Unfortunately for the last couple months, it seems like every time I come to this restaurant they don’t have any veggies. I understand that most people probably prefer meat and queso on their food, but when you don’t have any fajita veggies / pickled onions / lettuce available, its not worth spending the money for just a bowl of rice and beans. I’ve waited in line too many times to just end up leaving because the available options are so limited.

i never leave reviews but i have to for this place. in the last four years i’ve been coming here i think they have gotten my order right maybe twice. every time i order from here my bowl is missing multiple things and they never call to let you know beforehand. for example, tonight i got 3 out of the 8 toppings i added to my bowl. i would just cancel my order if i knew they were out of half of the things i ordered. unless you like food that tastes like nothing, i would just go to the ford road location.

Went to QDOBA for the first time. The service at this one was bad. My cousin went in front of me got her food quick. I was right behind her and they half did my burritos then began doing the people that showed up behind me for the next 15 mins before finishing mine. It took me 35 mins from the time I walked in the door to have them complete my food, when I was the second person in line. No one looked happy or greeted nicely they all looked angry. The bar and glass on the bar was nasty and not clean. I was so disappointed in the service.

I went today with my sister around 10:00ishpm. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here. There was a guy employee flirting with 3 employee girls and customers while failing to take order for customers that were standing in line waiting for over 30 minutes. I couldn’t believe the lack of communication, and horrible attitudes from the employees. I asked for sour cream and pico de gallo, the guy squeezed and banged the bottle and only a little came out, he shrugged his shoulders and charged me for it. I saw two other employees return to the empty sour cream bottle and were too lazy to refill it. I asked for pico de gallo he shrugged his shoulders and didn’t even say anything to me. No communication just shrugged his shoulders.
