My recent visit to Qdoba was far from satisfactory. Despite ordering a veggie bowl and clarifying my vegetarian preference, I was unpleasantly surprised to find a piece of chicken in my meal. This oversight not only ruined my appetite but also demonstrated a lack of attention to customer requests. As a vegetarian, this experience left me disappointed and disgusted. Sadly, I won’t be returning to Qdoba due to this disregard for dietary preferences.

I will be contacting the health department to inspect this location. The workspaces are absolutely filthy (they were dragging the bowls through queso and other spilled ingredients). The counter top looked like it hadn’t been wiped down for at least for 24 hours. I would be surprised if the employees were practicing food safety with the way they quite literally throw the food around, never mind the servere lack of customer service. I wish I could replace this poor excuse for a Qdoba with a Chipotle. I will be driving the extra 5 minutes to Chipotle from now on. Yuck. Seriously how hard is it to put the food INTO the bowl?!

I am not over exaggerating when I say this was the worst fast food/fast casual experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order through the app and it said my order should be completed between 7:49-7:59pm. I walked in at 7:47pm, stood by the pick up shelf and was never acknowledged once during my entire visit. Nobody asked, “Are you here for pickup?” or “What’s the name on your order?” Not even a hello. I then overheard the manager tell a walk-in customer that they’re out of qeuso and it’ll be 20 minutes before it’s ready. My order included chips and queso. So at that point, it’s 8:09pm and I decided I couldn’t wait any longer, stepped into the line, and requested my order be canceled and refunded. So I waited for about 25 minutes inside the store without any acknowledgment and received no food. After that, I called in a order with a local Mexican restaurant, Fiesta Ranchera, where I spent less than 2 minutes inside and the food was phenomenal

This place got better for a while and is now in the s*hole again. I expect more from a $9 salad. Ingredients are missing (fajita veggies, guacamole, 2 cheeses – at least), filled with liquid and the lettuce is severely lacking – for a SaLaD!! Wasn’t ready when for pickup when it said it should and workers originally said they didn’t have my order.

Great food. Good portions. On the day we went for lunch, I think the afternoon squad was a little late, so the previous team was getting backed up; however, they did a really good job at keeping the line moving with not as many people working.

We were greatly disappointed with the service here. We ordered over $180 worth of food and only received about half of our order. When we showed back up to get the rest the acting manager said she didn’t even know how to process that order and put it together. She was eating on the job, touching people’s food with bare hands, and then picking her teeth at the register in front of customers with her fingers. She was highly unprofessional and lacked the knowledge to complete our order.

Food has always been good at this location and they are always super friendly. They struggle with staff sometimes, which isn’t a huge deal. Only negative is inside seating is kind of small. They have a solid 15 tables inside and a few outside too though, so not a huge deal at all!

Food was really good. Server piled it on. Had she not done that, it would have been very pricy for what we got. Lobby was in bad shape. Several workers, but those not on the line, were not stepping out to clean tables.

paid about $16+ per bowl and they barely give you any protein and you’ll ask to have more it’ll be an extra charge . but the first scoop got 5 chicken in it this place a joke. and staff are not very nice $50 later . can’t scoop properly yet wanting a tip. no sir you ain’t getting nothing

Totally disappointed ordered a mobile order. Went to pick it up at 850pm and they were all out of steak and chicken. They couldn’t make my order and I had to wait for a refund, mind you they are open until 10pm. So they shut down the grill well over a 1 and a half before close with mobile orders still to fulfill.
