Ordered on DoorDash and our dasher was waiting at the store for 30 minutes. I ordered a bowl and it was missing pico, shredded cheese, guacamole, & cilantro. There was half an avocado that looked gross and was so hard my fork would not go through it. It appeared to be built upside down?? There was wayyy too much rice and it was all clumped together. Also added pickled jalapeños and only one was pickled and rest were fresh? Black beans were also hard. The HTC location is the only one that I ever have issues with!! Avoid this location.

I usually don’t have issues at this location, but on our recent visit, I needed to speak with a manager. I purchased chips and salsa, and the chips were burnt. I tried my best to eat them, but couldn’t. I brought the bag back up to get new chips, and the managers response was, “They were overcooked this morning. Let me see if I can find any that are better.” She gave me a new bag, but they weren’t any better. They knew the hips weren’t good, but instead of remaking new ones, they proceeded to pass out overcooked chips to customers. Everything else tasted good.

We order Qdoba quiet often through DoorDash and being busy parents the 96th location is closer. However, the two experiences were awful so I drove to Hamilton Town Center to order. Thank goodness I did! This location was clean, organized, and the staff was great. It’s sad that the other location is so bad that we would rather drive by it to go to another location. We will do it all day – everyday! The corporate team should send the Hamilton Center crew to 96th street to learn.

Im trying really hard to like Qdoba. When I first moved here I tried it and the food was great but the service was incredibly rude. Today the service was rude, the food tasted off as well as very small portions. It was $15 for a tiny, under stuffed burrito and a jarritos. Biting into the burrito half of it was just the tortilla folded over on itself. I’ve tried but I just can’t get down with this location.

They refuse to make pickup orders if they have people in shop to make first….no matter how long the line is….even though I ordered 15 minutes ago… not good service at all I waited 15 minutes before even coming to the store on a slow Sunday morning and they still hadnt even started my order when I arrived.

Apparently this is one of those places that modified their hours on the fly. Per google they close at 10, per website they close at 10 but alas they close at will.

We went to this location this past Saturday. The workers were extremely slow and gave maybe half portions of everything. They acted like they had no idea what was going on. There were only two people in front of us yet we stood in line for at least 15 minutes. One person put half of the items in our bowls and then let them sit there for the other person to finish but that just caused our food to sit there forever because that person was so slow. The person who seemed to maybe know what they were doing did not step in to provide any guidance to help them move faster or more efficient. By the time we finally paid and sat down, our food was not even slightly warm. This is the worst Qdoba I have ever been to. A lot of other people came in behind us and stood in line for a very long time and the workers only seemed to move slower.
