It’ll be a long time before I come back here. Been coming here for 9 years getting the nachos and all of the sudden they charge for rice. Talk about nickel and diming. If you pay $13 for the nachos you should be able to get the rice. Manager was borderline rude about it too. Buddy and I had a good laugh about this one. There’s a reason the line isn’t out the door like it used to be.

Those 2 women are the worst… I never seen in my all life, 2 people who really don’t care about customers… They arrogant, mean… Do something now because you losing customers in this location… They are doing this on purpose when they know you are waiting I swear.. Pretty good service. If there is no one behind the line, they come pretty quick. Usually generous portions and you don’t have to ask them for more. I tell them , tengo hambre and they know what’s up. I love this place. Excellent food!!!!

I often frequent Qdoba at other locations in Greater Cincinnati. All wonderful. I literally only get a burrito of black beans and white rice. Nothing else at all because of allergies. The other locations find a way to charge less than full price because the burrito is smaller than my very small hand and is simply black beans and white rice. The Manager here at Blue Ash charged me a full priced vegetable burrito. When I questioned it, she said there is no way to fix it and (sorry about my luck but I must pay full price). She said she doesn’t eat meat either and no location gives you a discount…..which I told her was not true….every single Qdoba I’ve ever been to has and every single Chipotle I have ever been to has. So, I just paid over $11 for a very tiny black bean and white rice burrito and a bag of chips. My comment for Qdoba from a High School Teacher who has to watch every dime,I could have gotten 3 of my meals at Chipotle for the same price! Well overpriced for what I received and hard to believe you can only charge for full burritos when it’s literally just black beans and rice. You can see the size of the burrito in the picture attached and I have very small hands. The extra star is only because the bag of chips was full (albeit a bit greasier than the other locations). I also attached a picture of my burrito on a single napkin next to my Rewards card for perspective. I literally just paid more for this than a full sit down meal at some nice restaurants! I may have to rethink eating here because the quantity certainly doesn’t match that price!

I placed an order for pickup on Uber Eats and they completely made the order wrong I ordered a bowl and they made me tacos with no rice and then I had a second-order with tacos and there was no filling in there at all so I don’t know if this location just doesn’t pay attention to what they’re doing but it’s definitely makes me not want to come back to Qdoba

Food is usually good, but over a year-ish period I’ve been given raw chicken on 3 separate occasions. Two of the occasions it was just a little undercooked, but the other one it was like it had just come out of the fridge. Completely untouched. Check you chicken every time you go, I probably won’t be coming back though.

Ordered thru Uber Eats. Awful experience. I needed a microscope to be able to find any meats in two burritos. It was all rice, no taste, very dry. Never again!!!
