No one out front to greet or take my order. And they left them work area where they make your food nasty. Hasn’t been wiped up in awhile because u can see dried up food where it’s been sitting. Then the woman at 3 pm came from back and said it will be awhile plz sit . The order was placed online several mins ago and no other cust was in line. There is no reason why this place should be nasty and my order not made. If u don’t want to work here then find a new job. Disgusting. I will never come here again for a food delivery because they don’t care about the customers ordering online. And I won’t come here as a paying customer for obvious reasons

Without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The dude who works there with glasses and the trippy red haircut should be fired yesterday. I placed an online order and went up to the cash register and told him my name and that my order was ready (pointing to my food on the counter). We made eye contact and he heard me loud and clear. Even though my order was sitting right there on the counter, he walked back to the beginning of the line to take some lady’s order, instead of taking the two seconds that it would’ve taken for him to pick the burrito off the counter, and hand it to me. Consequently, I waited 10 minutes for him to give me this burrito. It was sitting on the counter, ready the entire time. I didn’t even get any sort of apology or anything like that. This dude should be fired and he has about 17 brain cells.

I eat at this Qdoba 3 times a week, this particular time I was told by Rasha that I could not get 2 kids meals. I had one child with me and the other in the car, I told her that I get them all the time! She then became very argumentative yelling at me telling me to go get the other child out the car. I then told her she was asleep. I didn’t see what the big deal was, could I just my get my food and go! I asked to speak to a manager and was informed by her that she was the manager. The many times I’ve eaten at this location I’ve never been treated like this, all the other staff are pleasant and friendly, the other manager is always smiling and greeting me. I peep in now if she’s there, I do not eat here! I will not be treated rudely while spending my hard earned money!!!

When acting like a Uber eats or whichever they are, this pick up was easy to do. The order would have been adjusted with items being out of supply. The ladies were perfect in how they handled it. Only thing I didn’t get were their names. I will come again.

PAYANESSA UNDERSTANDS THE ASSIGNMENT!! Her customer service skills are a breath of fresh air! I ate in the store and she was more than pleasant, respectful and caring with each customer that walked in the door (about 15-20 people while I was there). She needs a promotion and a raise, as this is a disappearing yet most needed characteristic in the service industry. I suggest that your organization utilize her as a trainer for Qdobas nationwide.

Always out of key menu items such as queso and/or chicken in my last three visits here and you don’t find out until you’ve already waited in line for entirely too long. This would be the equivalent to McDonald’s running out of fries or hamburgers. I have walked out with no food after spending 15+ minutes in line the last 2 visits. When the menu items ARE available they are rarely cooked and ready to serve. The food line/kitchen is always a complete mess. The customer service is nonexistent and did I mention the line takes forever…? I have seen multiple people walk out after waiting on countless occasions. There is a consistent and clear lack of leadership and management at this location and it is costing the owner serious revenue. I never write reviews but this restaurant has finally frustrated me enough to do so – my own fault for returning, I reckon.

I really enjoy popping into Qdoba for a quick lunch or dinner. We always get it to go so I can’t speak to dine in. We came to this location on a Monday evening hoping to get in and out. I understand fast casual restaurants get busy and so wait times are expected. There was one family ahead of us and no one was at the counter. My husband happened to look at the line where the food was prepared and it was disgusting. Almost every container was low and there were scraps of food left on the counter. Clearly no one had wiped down the station for a while. We left and went a few doors down to Mcalisters. Clean and quick service there.
