I’m giving 3 stars because the portion in bowl is so small. The prices are higher and most restaurants have decreased portion size. This is a deterrent for me. I could see the price increasing because of inflation but to give less food is greed.

I will not be returning. I came to this restaurant on 7/31/23 at around 8:30 and ordered the 3 cheese nachos I order Pick up all the time so I’m not new to this place. I asked the white girl was that all that comes in the bowl because they barely put anything in it. She got an attitude saying I mean if you want more you can put more In it. No worries I won’t waste my time coming back here.

Overall good! I’ve always been to Chipotle, but since Hattiesburg doesn’t have one, I decided to try here. This is the second time I go to Qdoba and so far I’ve had a good experience… I love they don’t charge extra for guacamole! One thing I noticed is that both times I came here the food was not hot and both times I came was during lunch time. That’s the main thing that bothered me.. overall staff service was ok, they just want the line to move. An affordable healthier meal available in town.

Food is awesome, I’m sorry to any cooks who work here for giving a one star review but maybe don’t have rude af individuals running your register. I asked about military discount when paying and was perfectly fine if there wasn’t one offered. What upset me was the fact that the person on register said I told you that it’s only for uniformed military yesterday. I haven’t been to that qdoba is months and regardless, that’s not how you respond to that. A simple yes or no will suffice, I don’t need attitude and she continued to be rude throughout the order. As a prior service member that also works in the restaurant industry I really don’t appreciate the piss poor attitude and I won’t be returning because I don’t want to feel unwelcome when I’m just trying to get a bite to eat.

This restaurant is a like Subway and Mexican food combined. Aesthetically, the restaurant is clean and very appealing. It almost looks like a coffee shop. Very modern looking. The food is pretty good. It’s not fast food cheap but there’s value in it. I recommend anyone to at least this restaurant a try.

If you enjoy spending $30 on 2 burritos that have nothing but bland, unseasoned white rice in them this is your place. I tried three separate times and every time there were maybe two or three pieces of meat. Save your money

We previously enjoyed our meals and service. However, the last couple of weeks have been horrendous. Bad service, staff with negative and poor customer service. And the food we once enjoyed, declined.

Pricey, but good! Need to give more chips to go with the amount of queso you get.

I don’t normally eat qdoba so I didn’t know what to choose; cammy was so patient with me and helped me decide and I’m so happy she did because my burrito was sooooo good.

I pass this place all the time on Hardy Street, so I decided to stop by back in November. For those not familiar, this place is similar to Moe’s and Chipotle. Neither are in Hattiesburg, but QDOBA seems to hold its own against them.
