I was so exited to try this place and was let down. The food is pretty good but the amount I got served was ridiculous. I literally got a spoon of GUAC. I did not even get a full scoop of rice and literally 3 pieces of meat. I was so disappointed. I much rather go to chipotle.

Tonight we enjoyed a delicious meal, ordered at the restaurant for carryout. I was warmly greeted, the location has very ample parking, and was clean and cheery inside. I ordered 2 vegetarian burritos made to order. The young gentleman who assisted me were friendly and professional. The burritos were HUGE and delicious – bursting with flavor. I appreciated using a BOGO coupon. Very reasonable, thoroughly satisfied. We will definitely be back!

Surf and turf bowl hit the spot! Ingredients were fresh and workers friendly. Diablo queso could be a *bit* spicier and less watery but still good flavor. Decent alternative to three pepper or moes

First time trying and it was a great experience. Steak burrito was delicious and just as I ordered. Staff was welcoming and friendly and store was very clean. I’ll be back for sure!

First time in, was excited to try out QDOBA and the initial greeting was far from professional, after I asked them for a signature burrito that was advertised online they said it’s completely different from online ordering. No worries we just read the ingredients from the website. But when I presented the manager our coupon that was mailed to us, his attitude changed and became rude, as he’s cashing us out I notice an “open food charge” and after paying I asked for my RECEIPT and he claims there was no paper in the machine, so I asked for a email or text receipt. He said no, and then turned around his point of sale monitor and I asked what was up with the “open food” charge and he said “really?! Over a dollar?” And then reached into the TIP JAR and rudely took a dollar from it and disrespectfully offered it to me…. So you overcharge me, refuse me a receipt and then steal from your co workers tips and disrespect me because you wanted to. Top tier management I have to say.

Ordered chicken adobo tacos and received them…without the chicken. The “tacos” were sloppily made and tossed in partially open like shown in the picture. I ended up throwing them out because they look tampered with.

i just placed an order through uber eats and they completely left out the chicken on my order. it says it on the order and then it says it again on the sticker they place on the lid of the bowl … i don’t get how you could miss it. and of course i got my food delivered just before they close so i don’t even have the time to go to the store and ask them to fix it. this is exactly why i don’t order Qdoba for delivery! they somehow ruin the order, it never fails

Got a steak bowl with all the toppings including sour cream, cilantro, shredded cheese, corn salsa, black beans, gucamole, grilled peppers, etc. Ingredients were fresh, quality, and tasted great. This was my 2nd time getting delivery from here, had back to back great experiences.

We went to Qdoba in Cape Coral 05/23/2022 and we are very disappointed because I believe the manager (she was the only one wearing a black shirt ) made me and my mom feel very inferior in other words we felt racially profiled because she served everyone after us fantastic but not us. She served my mom half a surf and turf bowl and everyone else’s bowls and quesadillas were over flowing with things. When I went to order a steak quesadilla after because our portions where so small she didn’t let an employee serve me (which by the way he was giving everyone great portions) she told him to do something else and she wanted to prepare my quesadilla and started to again do a very small portion it was all tortilla no cheese and to much green pepper. A side from that ALL of our food was cold and with such bad service the prices don’t help either! In all if I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Not happy at all!
