Delicious and fresh tasting food. The store manager showed us the options, letting us sample meats and sauces. He didn’t rush us like it tends to happen at Qdoba’s competitors. Definitely will return since we had such a great first experience!

Extremely disappointed. The cheese wasn’t even melted on my quesadilla. It was warm at best. Then asked if I wanted a drink and chips and queso. Why I didn’t get the 3.99 complete your meal option not sure. I was given a large drink and large queso and charged for everything separately. I figured it out after I looked at the receipt to figure out why my lunch was $22. The brisket had good flavor was the only positive. When I asked for a bag he practically threw it at me. Definitely an expensive lesson learned

Just had a fresh delicious meal. We liked it better then 3 peppers. My quesadilla was perfect and my husband loved his burrito. Super nice folks (Dominic and staff) gave great service. We will be back for sure!! This is the Fort Myers store near Paige Field.

The BEST Qdoba I have ever been to. Clean, good food and fresh. Dominic has the best customer service— not only made an amazing bowl for me but welcomed me right before I ordered. He was kind, helpful, and a true example of what good customer service should be! In an age where customer service is lacking Dominic at Qdoba is stepping up! And delivering beyond expectations. We visit QDOBA on a regular basis, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The temperature of the food was luke warm. The mixed rice had crunchy pieces in them. The queso wasn’t even hot as well. I hope I don’t get food poisoning from this dinner tonight.

We had the honor of being helped by Bradeep(I hope I spelled it right) this gentleman is such a kind and humble person, you can tell by the way her helps his customers he’s all about family by the way he treated mine. The food was amazing and had such great taste dare I say better than chipotle and Moes! My family and I will be back!! I invite you to give them a try!

Absolutely worst Qdoba experience ever and one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. When we walked in, I actually asked if we should leave, it was filthy. He wanted to give it a try. The queso is the worst I’ve had, ever. Everything was cold despite being in the warmer somehow, the guacamole was brown, lettuce was brown, and the chips were hard and stale. We did not finish our food, and will not be back.

Gave me a portion 1/3 it should’ve been, employee by the name of kept switch line positions of a server and was trying to make her mess up so he can call the “boss” and tattle on her this was evident because he had his phone in his hand and unlocked with his finger on his bosses contact, the split second she did something a customer asked he called her over to him Interrupted the completion of my order and discriminated against her 100% he single her out because she is white, she was white who was because he has a personal issue with her either way completely unprofessional. There should be no corrections of that manner in front of customers, especially in the fast food environment. Also she didn’t do anything wrong. She split my portion of protein between two proteins and he had an issue with that. I don’t care what policy he’s trying to see the owner told him I’ve been going to Qdoba for 20 years and never had an issue, between his actions and body language it was very evident what transpired in front of me, I will not be returning to this location.
