This Qdoba is a welcomed addition to the heart of Midtown where more affordable eateries are going by the wayside. The format is the same as any Chipotle, except there’s no surcharge for any of the toppings (including guacamole!). I also found the steak more tender as well. I’m sure I’ll be stopping in again in the near future.

I love Qdoba but today wasn’t good. The food I received was subpar. It wasn’t very hot, the onions were sliced too big for me and I found the stem from the avocado in my food. Also I was supposed to receive a drink and chips with queso. It wasn’t in the bag. The delivery driver said they didn’t give him the drink or chips…#stillhungry

This place is a joke. 10 for a burrito with no filling!! The whole burrito was nothing but tortilla. The burrito wasn’t even a burrito more like a square. The meat was old and hard. The tortilla grill was filthy. The rice was hard. The condiments look gross. The workers look horrible! Customer service was trash just like the food. Bland bland .

Just ate here a few minutes ago. Food was good. The older lady, can’t remember her name was amazing and full of energy. Made sure to make everyone feel welcome. The other 2 employees, a young man and woman, felt incredibly rude and apathetic. Ironically all of the customers were really nice but they seemed like they just didn’t want to even be there. Dude seemed bothered every time I spoke. I hear this place is just opening back up or something and it’s in trouble if this is the employees they want representing the business.

I cannot express the utter disappointment I experienced today. As someone who grew up in the Northeast, Qdoba was the first and only tex-mex chain we had for a long time. When this location was opening I was thrilled and advocated that Qdoba was the best of the chains. Maybe my memory was clouded by my childhood, but after my experience today I feel embarrassed that recommend Qdoba to anyone.

My wife and i had a great experience at Qdobe earlier tonight. Shawvell and Slim were awesome. Although we arrived at the restaurant just before closing these two employees went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and not rushed at all. It was the best service we have had at a restaurant in quite some time. Shaw bell and Slim are the standard for great customer service. I recommend that you visit this location. You won’t be disappointed.
