I was so excited when Qdoba first opened and the original management & employees were great, friendly and excellent service. But since the new management has taken over, the service is so-so and the employees change out every week it seems. The quality and quantity of food has dropped off dramatically (as seen in the attached photos). That was a brisket taco with 3-4 strands of brisket and a large caso that was not even 1/2 full. In a time when money needs to go a long way, Qdoba doesn’t meet even minimum standards for a “good deal”! We will end up driving to Moe’s or Chipotle again until this store become great again. Highly disappointed.

1st time and not my last. Great competitor to Chipotle and Moe’s. A really good in between from what each vendor offers. If you have a chance to swing by, I would give them a shot. Were very helpful being this was the 1st time eating here. Explaining the process and ended with me finishing it Me and my stomach are pleased!

I am sad and hungry. Sad because we were in front of q perfectly good Moe’s but left without going in because Qdoba has better seasoned meats. It is Sunday at 14:00 and the store is closed. There are 4 of us starving and we came all the way here and the doors are locked and the store is empty. Yes, we see after the fact on Google that the store is temporarily closed, but there is no signage on the store itself to warn a person who did not use Google Maps to get here.

I have tried this restaurant a couple of times. Once for their tacos and the second time I had a burrito. Both were good. I added to the brisket tacos; lettuce, cheese and green salsa. It was very bland but that could be a result of my add-ons. The brisket however did lack flavor. The burrito included steak, rice, pinto beans, spicy queso, corn, shredded cheese and green sauce. I specifically added more ingredients to enhance the flavor level and it helped. On both occasions I ate in the dining room and experienced the same issues. The floor and tables were dirty and the trash bin was full. I was there at 5 PM and before 6 PM so there is no excuse for the dining room to be that messy before the dinner crowd arrived.

I eat here often because it’s incredibly close to my work (as well as on my route home after work) and because I like the fresh, healthy (ish) ingredients. The food is always tasty, but they do get it wrong often (missing items, etc). They are also often dirty and out of certain sodas, etc. I always order online, and the order is hardly ever ready on time…I typically wait until after the high end time range provided when I place my order, and it’s still not ready most of the time. The staff is unbelievably rude and/or just plain uncaring. I’m never acknowledged when I walk in. It seems they go out of their way to ignore you to avoid addressing any potential issue. I’ve stood at the register for extensive times before and staff refuses to make eye contact or ask what I need. When they finally do, they seem to make excuses for why they can’t fix their error and seem agitated that I would expect them to get my order correct or that I would ask to get the missing items for which I paid. Today I ordered a large soda with my order ($2.10). When I arrived, they were out of the only soda I drink (or just refused to change out the syrup). After waiting and being ignored, what I assumed to be a manager finally looked at me agitated as if I was an inconvenience to her. I asked if they were out of the drink I preferred. She said she guessed so. I asked for a refund and she sighed and told me to wait. After an additional 5 minutes, she finally walks to the register with no conversation at all. I noticed on the menu that a bottle of water was $2.00 (10 cent less expensive than what I ordered). I asked if I could just swap it out for a bottle of water rather than bother with the refund. She rudely told me bottled water was more expensive when their menu clearly indicated otherwise. I pointed out the facts on the menu, and she again sighed and rudely shived a bottle of water in my direction….again never saying a word of apology for my inconvenience and unnecessary wait or appreciation for my business. It’s so sad that a place with such potential is ruined by people who clearly don’t care about their job or their customers. I like the food but not sure I can continue to deal with the terrible employee attitudes.

I wish I could give zero stars. I arrived at this location at 9:20pm on Tuesday, November 8th and the lights were on in the store but the door was locked and the store was closed even though online and on their door it states they are open till 10pm. I drove 35 minutes to the store and prior to arriving I did try calling a couple times but the phone was not working. This is highly unacceptable and very unprofessional. This is very upsetting because I wasted a good amount of gas and money traveling to a restaurant that was supposed to be open!!! In addition to this, no sign was on the door stating why they were closed so early and again they didn’t answer the phone prior to my arrival. I just saw an employee leave the store with no explanation. Also, when I called the store prior to my arrival the phone didn’t even ring. An automated message came on that said “this person has a voice mailbox that has not been set up yet”. I will be contacting corporate.

I just came from the Qdoba in Peachtree City and it’s awful. It’s not even noon and the bathroom was filthy, overflowing trash can with a filthy exterior, looked like nobody ever wipes it down, empty towel dispenser, toilet full of toilet paper. I had to flush it before I could use it. Really disgusting. I told the cashier and he kind of shrugged. Oh, well. The food is horrible. The “3 Street Tacos” corn tortillas are so cold they just crumble when I try to pick them up right now. The meat and veg are all ice cold. I’ve cold, like they just came out of the walk-in. It’s just awful. The staff prepares the food without gloves or masks and handle money at the same time. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I just hope I don’t get food poisoning. I think I’m going to just throw this garbage out. Boo. Worst restaurant in PTC. I can’t post without giving at least one star so, against my will, there’s one star for you. Yuck!

Finally found the tunnel to get here on the golf cart! Service was quick! Enjoyed the quesadilla and guacamole included! Good customization options for every meal. The bathrooms were horrible. Opens pretty late on a weekday (11am) so the second time we came here it was too early. Will come back another time. Nice change from the usual Moes/Chipotle.

Here is one caveat: I always read google reviews because what others experience is really important to me. Today I was surprised by the Cholula hot and sweet chicken bowl, and it was pretty awesome. My family also ordered the mini bowl and the steak fajita quesadilla. It was a hit as well. We got there shortly before closing on a Saturday. The ingredients taste fresh and the price was fair. We ordered online and our to go order was on time. This was our first experience, and we don’t have many options in Peachtree City. We plan to return, and we expect the same satisfying experience. I am happy that we did not read previous reviews first because they were not impressive at all.
