We got takeout and very disappointed when we realized the veggies and ingredients were so watery! I got a crispy shell for my salad and instead of the vinaigrette on the side, they doused the salad with it to the point that half my crispy shell was soaked and soggy. We tossed out our food but I hope they can prepare food better for future customers. If a customer is taking it to go put the dressing in a separate container so the food doesn’t get soggy! And if the veggies are watery – make a new batch.

Food was ok. Staff was attentive and found my order right away. I got the grilled adobo chicken burrito bowl. Barely any chicken in it, couldn’t even taste it (tiny little pieces). Rice was a little hard. You don’t get a lot of food in the bowl compared to chipotle. I only came here because I had a coupon. I wouldn’t choose this over chipotle if given the choice.

Young lady wasn’t paying attention and put an ingredient I didn’t want. Asked the guy in line to remake and then he messed up the order as well and threw it together sloppily I guess upset he had to remake the order (not my problem, blame your line worker). Got fed up and just went with it cause the line was building and clearly no one wanted to be there to listen for my correct order.

Picked up a to-go order for the first time from this place. My son’s guacamole is missing and my sour cream and salsa are not in the bag. Not worth fighting traffic to go back. A two item order and you can’t even get it correct. Pathetic.

My first time going to Qdoba. Basic experience of TexMex, similar to Moe’s or Salsaritas but one thing they still have is…the real tortilla bowl shell. That’s what separates them ans it’s what I look for from this type meximerican food. The staff was friendly, patient with my questions. Clean store. I’ll revisit soon, gotta get that taco shell
