This place sucks with the quality of food. This will also not give you a refund if you are unhappy with the food you received. I do not recommend Qdoba. Poor customer service. Nothing but a bunch of young immature kids working in there. You do not want them making your food.

Stopped in for lunch and left without ordering. The staff was going back and forth between food prep and register and never changing gloves. They are clearly short staffed which I can sympathize with, but handling credit cards and money then immediately handling food- fairly sure that’s against health code.

Every time I go and order the same thing it’s a different price! Today I had to pay extra for not even a half spoon of queso but was charged for a side order! I usually eat here twice a week cause it’s convenient to work! But don’t think I will be eating here anymore!!!

I use to eat at the Charlotte location off Tryon and loved it. Gastonia does not even compare. Extremely smaller portions and seasoning on chicken is almost non existant. Way over priced for the amount of food that was given. Won’t be back to this location.
