Stopped by for a quick lunch. Super clean restaurant and restrooms. I tried the new lime shrimp and it was fabulous! Very friendly and helpful staff helped my build my bowl to perfection. Totally meant to bring half home for another meal, but it was so good, no leftovers survived! Looks like lots of shops are clustered together here, so might be a nice stop in the future. Yummy!

I have been here a couple of times and it’s been pretty lackluster. When ordering online they seem to skimp on portions. I asked for extra rice, meat and fajitas and my burrito was tiny! To put in perspective I could have gotten a bowl and got twice as much food. I used to love Qdoba but portions aren’t consistent and the food can sometimes not taste fresh too. Hopefully it’s just this restaurant and not the other ones!

This is a good place to get a burrito bowl. The chicken is cooked to absolute perfection. The wait time was amazing in and out , excellent customer service and a great atmosphere. Eating outside gave a wonderful connection with nature because the weather was superb that day.

I pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 8:50PM (store hours are until 10:00PM as posted on the front door) and was met with “The store is currently closed, please visit us during our normal business hours” automated message. The store was still open (not a single customer inside,) and I had to take my four month old out of his car seat before going inside to order food to take home to my family.

I went here for lunch today and had placed a mobile order and chose on the app to pick up through the drive-thru. When I arrived, I waited 5 minutes at the the intercom for someone to answer and had to end up driving around to go inside to pick up my order. As I walked in, there were 2 employees in the back on their cell phones watching videos. The one employee came to the front as I walked in and handed me my order. When I got home, both tortilla bowls were in about 4 pieces and you could tell it was just pieced together. I miss the one at chesterfield towne center and will not be back to this location.

Pulled up to the drive through at 9:30 for some chips/queso and an automated voice said they were closed. (Supposed to be open until 10PM) When I drove past the windows, all the chairs were on top of the tables and no one was around. So I went over to Chipotle across the street and had some excellent queso.

The drive-thru took forever. When I got to the window, I understood why. It looked like there were only 3 people working. They need a better system because the guy at the window was taking and making orders and collecting money! Too much! The food was good, so that’s what saved them. There was hardly anyone inside, everyone was in the drive-thru line.

I ordered a veggie bowl to go and found a paperclip in my food. I would not eat at Qdoba if they paid me to. They also didn’t have any more lids for bowls so they used tin foil instead- also out of queso and guacamole as well. Stay far away from this location!

Not impressed. We could see the woman behind the counter show disgust when we pulled in front of the store, an hour and a half before closing time. Like we were bothering her by existing. My family and I walked into the empty establishment and the staff acted like we weren’t there. Literally, no eye contact after the initial looks. Then the woman walked to the back and the gentleman cook at the grill followed her out of sight, looking at us as he walked away. Even the person cleaning equipment up front wouldn’t acknowledge our existence. Won’t make this mistake again. Stay away from this place, we’ll that is if you care about where you spend your money.

Glad a new Chipotle is opening across the street soon, a place with better customer service. Placed two online orders and waited 15 minutes before going in to check on the items. One person ahead of me ordering okay fair. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stood there in line without being helped. Then, another lady comes in and cuts in front of me. Employees see it and helps her and they then proceed to tell me “we will work on your online order soon”. Waited longer and still no action being done. Seems other people get priority, will not be back here. Oh by the way, place was not packed so clearly could of made my online orders.
