The store had zero customers. I asked if they were still serving breakfast at 9:50 a.m., and the lady said no. As she stood in front of the breakfast items. I asked why the clmenu said 10am for breakfast she said, “I don’t have time for this,” and stormed to the back, leaving the store completely empty . So I went to Einstein beagle. She then turned away her next customer.

Asked for white rice. The lady put in brown rice. I didn’t say anything because whatever. I was offered chips and queso and said “if it’s free, sure, if not, I don’t want it”. Lady put them on my bill and argued with me about removing them. Fortunately, the other customers in line stepped in and said “no, I heard them say that”. After a few minutes of back and forth with whoever was behind the counter not understanding what I said, the manager came over and removed the chips. If you’re in a hurry, avoid this place. Edited: 2 stars for the food. Eesh.

Rude staff. I ordered veggie bowl. They didn’t even had veggies. Just got rice, beans, some tomato, guac and cheese. Got charged $12. Small proportion size. Not happy at all with service. If you can’t give food to people even after charging, kindly close the shop.☺️

Got two veggie bowls with two different experiences. First bowl, the Russian lady who helped me was extremely nice and when I asked for double beans and veggies she really loaded it. The flavors were great like at any other Qdoba. The place is very clean.

There disgusting the attitude that the little one had was like I was an inconvenience to them the other one was sitting on a crate on the phone she didn’t greet me saw me and out her head down they wore no gloves it just over all was trash I don’t suggest going to that dump

Reviews are low, but I had a great experience here. Wasn’t busy. Taller woman helped me and she was super nice and funny. Gave me a very big portion and it was hot and great. Actually a really great Qboda location.

The small lady with the head piece has the most disgusting attitude and is so rude. Never have I ever experienced something like that. She got an attitude when I asked for extra chicken which of course I was going to pay for, she literally put 1 tiny chopped piece of chicken which couldn’t even satisfy a small dog and then proceeded to get loud with me when I asked why she didn’t put extra chicken and she told me if I don’t like it then I can leave. Who tells a customer that!!!!….she is the worst and needs to be terminated immediately!!!!…the owner needs to fire her ASAP!!!…the girl at the register however made my order correct and was amazing but that other lady needs to go!!!!…I have complained to corporate already and will counting doing so until she’s terminated, she’s not representing the company as she should, she’s bad for business!!!!!
