This is a solid 3. Service was fine, not great, not rude. Food was fine, not great, not really fresh. I did buy chips (as I typically do with my bowl) and they were completely stale 10 minutes later when I got home, so I would caution against those in the future. If I am eating out in this geographical area in the future I will look for other options rather than risk a very average meal.

Just ordered a bowl for lunch, sat down to eat and there’s a bug in it! I literally just took the top off! So disgusting and I’m starving! Trashing it! What a waste of money! If that’s where i can see it, what else can’t i see?

This store is the worst. I really like the food but this location on York rd customer service is horrible. I walk in with my wife no acknowledgement . Then the worker are arguing about who going to serve us. Then the worker asked my wife what she wants ,makes it then walks away. So I stay hello can I get served he does with an attitude . Now I can understand if the store is busy but I don’t get the same experience for chipotle. Which is actually closer to my home . For the record my wife loves this place but we will be going to chipotle if this experience continues .

The food was pretty standard no complaints. But the staff here on Friday night closing was a nightmare. I think one young lady may have been the manager and was trying to be professional but a guy working that night completely was being a diva and has no customer service skills. I won’t be returning. I know ppl don’t care but at least somebody who has the same experience with him will read it here…. It’s not you… he is completely inappropriate.

Today, I was a paying customer and wasn’t allowed to use the public restroom to wash my hands before eating my food. The manager said someone weeks ago flooded in the restroom… now nobody is allowed to use the public restroom… all these germs out here… nobody is allowed is allowed to use the public restroom…

If I could give it 0 stars I would. When I went in the employees were screaming at each other. I asked for soup and the girl was like when they’d put that on the menu and made a big deal so I was never mind. As I was waiting for my food, the employees continued to yell and scream obscenities and the girl helping was very loudly saying how she didn’t want to be working there and didn’t care. I’ve never had worse service it was appalling and I can’t believe nobody has complained about it.

I left the Owings Mills location after having a horrific experience there and traveled to this location. The service was 1000 times better, being greeted upon entering and our order being quickly fulfilled. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The food was fresh. I’ll go out of my way to patronize this location before stepping foot in the Owings Mills location again.

I love the food, but customer service sucks double time. They act like they don’t want to give you the food, like you’re taking the food off their plates. The rolling their eyes at me, just looking really irritated that they are serving me. If they wasn’t preparing my food right there in front of me, I would want it. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I will be talking to corporate headquarters on Monday about a full refund and potential law suit against this location and franchisee. I go here regularly and it’s consistently closed during normal displayed hours. You can only order online. If that isn’t ridiculous enough this evening after I drove 10 miles to purchase my food and then turn around and have to order online and wait for another 15 minutes, I was greeted with a busy phone signal just to get the food I paid for. I called seven times before I knocked on the door. Then waited another 10 minutes as started knocking again. Finally the manager comes to the door telling me to call the phone number. After explaining that the number is busy, manager says I need to calm down or she will call the police. Call the police because I cannot get the hood I already paid for and waited for 15 minutes longer than the expected wait time AFTER I had to order online. Absolutely ridiculous. I rarely write reviews and try to get people the benefit of the doubt but this was beyond bad. I will do my best to make sure this franchisee is penalized or closed altogether. Complete and utter disbelieve on how awful this whole situation has been. I have the names and numbers of the other customers who were treated this way while I was waiting.
