awful location. they didnt put any cilantro or hot sauce on (i have the receipt to prove the selections) and the only thing they could do was “give you cups if you come back into the store”. You are 25 minutes away. im not driving another whole hour because you forgot to put something with flavor on this bowl of mush

I placed a to go order online. Waited 30 minutes longer then the estimated pick up time and they still didn’t have my order made. Yet people are walking in and then out with their to go orders. Had to ask them twice if they were gonna make my order. Not even trying to complain but I think when someone pays $15+ for a burrtio, chips, and drink they should actually get their order…

My family and I went to this location on Tuesday April 25th. I have eaten at Qdoba before, in a different state, and been very happy. this Qdoba, was a dumpster fire. It looked like they had two new people along with a manager in the front and then the person cooking in the back. One of the new people move like molasses, and didn’t listen to direction at all. My husband has a dairy allergy and told her a couple of times to not add cheese. She ended up adding cheese to the burrito and got snotty with him when he said some thing, I ended up stepping in and asking them to remake it so that he wouldn’t have any issues. The woman also had her underwear showing. I asked for a bowl with grilled steak, and while I was pay attention to my kids, they made my bowl and never put the steak in. I had to get it corrected. It was only 530 and it seem like they were already running low on items, so there was a bit of a wait all in all I would not recommend going to this location.

We got a fairly large order (5 peoples worth) delivered. After it arrived, my order was missing the guacamole and picante ranch, and I ordered black beans. It came with pinto. The other items in the order were missing things as well. The tortilla chips and queso we ordered were stale. The only reason they get 2 stars is that even though a bunch was messed up with the order, the food tasted decent. Will definitely go in store to verify accuracy if we even give this place another chance.

Food was great, but shocked that ingredients are held reserved for mobile orders. “Out of guacamole” but there’s a full tub behind you. Loyal customer, but won’t be returning to this location.

As the food we ordered was great, however, we ordered catering for 15-20 people and the amount of food they gave us was not enough for all the guest. we asked catering for 15-20 people and they gave us food for about 8 people! The quantity was so little and the price was high. I do not recommend ordering catering from here!

Couldn’t believe it… ignored by multiple employees while waiting, they spent their time talking and laughing (at least they get along), while still waiting to be “waited” on an employee took that time to make their own food, the place was really dirty, manager opened a bin of chicken and said out loud “wow this stuff stinks so bad”. When finally served and trying to pay, the cashier stops mid transaction to take a phone call, walks in the back and leaves me standing there. When she came back (only about 30 secs later) the transaction was completed after multiple attempts at Apple-pay I was told “oh that’s not working today”. The food itself was fine! I was just very surprised at the poor service and the lack of cleanliness of the place.

Gotta bowl today, worst garbage ever, called speak to management. Some little girl tried to pretend she was management. All I got was a bunch of liars answering the phone serving the worst s*** ever.i told her I have my receipt and I want my money back ! Told her I would come tomorrow. She wants me to drive all the way to belair tonight!!! I’ll see them in the am!!

The food was not fresh came in cold and sloppy. Against my better judgment, I ate it and now I feel sick. It does not seem like the employees care about sanitation and should be checked out by the health department.
