Was driving through the area with a friend and we needed to stop for lunch. Picked Qdoba out of the many choices in the plaza. I regret this decision.

Older Hispanic lady was very rude with a nasty attitude for no reason. Burrito tortilla didn’t taste edible as if it wasn’t cooked or warm up long enough, so my whole burrito was cold. I thought about going back but didn’t want no confrontation with the lady. Honestly there other better authentic Mexican food that are 10x better with better service..

My family decided to go to Qdoba for dinner on Saturday evening. We like to order the family meal and that did cause some confusion with the ladies who were working the front but the manager came up to help us and she was so friendly. The food has always been very good every time we have ordered. I think the food is definitely comparable to chipotle and they actually have more of a variety. Chipotle doesn’t carry mango salsa or have an affordable family meal.

I’m not saying this was the worst Gdoba I’ve been in but it was close. The place needed to be picked up. Trash all over tables and bins full. There were 2 people working an older lady and a girl om sure sure is old enough to work and that didn’t speak English. She also was new so she didn’t know or understand what was being ordered. It was frustrating at the very least.

I go to this Qdoba because it is close to my job. Usually, when I come here the staff isn’t very friendly and it seems like you are bothering them, but today took the cake. I ordered a mini burrito bowl. When I got to the register I told Flor I had the app. She told me to scan it, before I could say anything else she redeemed my free entree reward. I told her I didn’t want to use it, because I would rather use it on a full sized entree. She argued with me for a while about how I was still saving money and getting it for free. When I asked her if she could void the transaction she said no. FINALLY, she said I will give you a card for a free entree. She started speaking in spanish to the other lady that was working with her (she never smiles) and then said I don’t have a card, so I will write it on this piece of paper. I said fine as I am now late returning to work.

This place used to be my go-to but the quality of service today is awful. They charged me extra for a little extra rice and gave me half a scoop of guacamole. I’m not getting my money’s worth and never coming back here again.

This place used to be a better alternative to Chipotle but it has gone down hill. Service is slow and staff is unfriendly. The food was okay but they were out of several key items during dinner service. No salad tortillas and the rice, queso, and sauces were dead. They just were not organized or well run. We were very disappointed.

Qdoba corporate or the Gainesville location owner, please take note of the complaints that are being posted here. I have been coming here for years and always received top notch service from the sweet Asian lady that has worked here for some time (I hate to describe her that way but I’m clearly guilty of taking advantage of not asking for someone’s name until I have a bad experience; this lady is phenomenal and my family has always told her this at each visit). Flor on the other hand is psycho. Since our first experience, she was very rude to my family and has been at every instance. tonight I asked for extra sour cream and she copped an attitude. At checkout I asked for the $2 chips and queso and she just gave me queso, no chips (coupon). I noticed that there was only one bag of chips so I asked if the bag was enough for my nachos and the chips and queso and she began to argue with me about it (even though I showed her the coupon) and lied to my face stating that I asked for a small queso only. My sweet lady resolved the issue quickly and the only reason I voted 3 stars tonight. I understand that people have bad days but Flor’s disposition is constant. During this economy I hate to have to make a complaint like this but she’s an issue.
