I went in today to get food, a customer accused me of intentionally bumping into her and gets smart with me and starts an argument and threatens with me violence and the store employees just allowed it to escalate and didn’t stop her from threatening me, I couldn’t even have a meal because this store allows threats of violence, this is a bad store and gets 1 star and thumbs down, bad service and hostile environment for consumers to come in and get a meal, I know it’s not the best part of the neighborhood but I would hope Qdoba would uphold some sort of standards….

Customer service was nice. They provided most of what a asked for. I chose to get a burrito in addition to chips & queso. I let the cashiers know I would like to have extra chips & would be willing to pay for them. I received a full bag of stale chips. I tried to eat them but the were extremely stale & I hurt my tooth trying to make an effort to eat the leftover chips from another day that was served to me.. I usually love this place. They never disappoint. But those chips were definitely crucially stale..
