Store opens 11am. They didn’t open until 11:15am. Then steak wasn’t ready employee said they were cutting it up so I was okay to wait. I waited until 11:30am. The steak came out raw in the inside you can see it in the picture. I told the manager so other customers don’t complain. He said it doesn’t come well done. Im use to rare but that steak was definitely raw in the inside. I ended up getting double steak too $15 You guys can be the judge. It’s 11:53 I went to chipotle instead lol. It is what it is.

People at this location are very rude. Desperate for business. Rice was hard and quac was brown. Not one person was in there eating during lunch hours. Charges are outrageous. Ordered a chx bowl and chips and queso for 20 dollars. Very disappointed in quality of food.

The staff was very unprofessional. They were yelling, screaming and laughing extremely loud. They was touching money and sweeping the floor using the same gloves they was serving food with. I got a rice bowl. The chicken in my bowl was not only raw it was all fat!! It was disgusting!! Because of this Qdoba I will not eat from Qdoba anymore im completely turned off!!!

I have absolutely nothing good to say! The brown rice was terrible it was mushy, the chicken was dry! my daughter order was cold by the time we sat down. We had a long drive to Maryland and decided to stop here bad choice. As we were sitting down eating a mouse ran passed us! We immediately jumped up and left my daughter was frightened! On top of them selling us soda cups with nothing in the machine! Ugh wouldn’t recommend no where they’re still in business

Food was ok , Manager & staff smoking Marijuana outside on shift , restaurant smelled liked Marijuana too , nobody was on line for my order and when a young lady did come she verbally assaulted me like I did something wrong to her when I ask her to put gloves on touching food , Manager sat there and did not correct the mistake , NEVER EATING AT SPRINGFIELD QODOBA AGAIN

My daughter and I had a blast here. Not because it is an inherently fun place to be but because of the hilariously bad service. We ordered 2 veggie burrito bowls, and without telling them what we wanted on it, we had a bowl that was just full of fajita peppers. Not sure why. I’m not a huge fan but we didn’t complain. We asked for mild and got spicy queso, we asked for cilantro we didn’t get, and asked for lettuce but not a full bowl of almost unchopped lettuce. We sighed but went to check out where the girl behind the counter wouldn’t give us our bag until she swiped her Instagram stories a few times. 10/10 establishment.
