employee tried making my burrito with no gloves right after dipping her hands in dirty rag water , asked her to trash the wrap she touched and put gloves on and she got an attitude. $5 for guac and chips , which yes is normal pretty much anywhere but not for a condiments sized container and it wasnt even good , taste like they just mashed the avocados thats it, didnt add any other ingredients. chicken always burnt and rice is always hard. chips LOADED with salt to the point you cant even enjoy eating them

Where do I start? My burrito was rolled like a sleeping bag, which doesn’t seem like a big deal till you take a bite and you feel like you’re chewing through a tortilla flavored book. I asked for double meat and I got 2 half scoops, so I guess that’s extra? Ordered quac and he took a random flat knife with left over guac on it and rubbed it on my tortilla. My wife’s bowl wasn’t even filled half way. I’m fairly certain that, if she would let me, I could scoop the contents of it into my hands. Mix this with the guy who made my burrito wiping his snot dripping nose on his arm every 2 minutes and quite frankly I could have saved my self the drive, gas and 25 bucks it cost. I used to be the highest level you could get on the rewards program but I haven’t had a decent experience at a Qdoba in what feels like years.

Does this place have a manager to oversee things or what? This is the third time they forgot to include the salad dressing with my salad. My son got a burrito that was so salty it was inedible. Just seems like the place needs someone who oversees things and maybe checks orders or quality control. Place has so much potential if they get things right.

Terrible experience. Portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller. Used to come here for lunch once a week. Will not be returning. Employee making your food coughs and sneezes over everything. My burrito was info a 3in ball shell just folded over and over onto itself. A lot better option in the area.

Got a bowl with a bunch of stuff in it. When I got it it was just rice/beans and some cheese. And the smallest portion ever! Not even close to what I ordered. If you get delivery they will skimp you on the portion sizes. This Qdoba is terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
