My wife picked up dinner tonight, and while being “served” the girls behind the counter were barely present. They were on their phones, watching Tik Tok, and barely coherent when speaking. She also went to get her birthday freebie, and they could barely figure out how to make the e-coupon work in between videos. The manager finally came out assisted, but where was he while the staff were barely working? The food is great, but lately the service is horrible, and items are being forgotten in mobile orders.

Love this Qdoba! Very convenient right on Lancaster, but has its own large parking lot too. The restaurant is spacious, updated, and super clean. Staff is friendly and quick too! I also just ordered recently online, and they were out of an ingredient. The manager, Sean, called me literally within 2 minutes of placing my order to apologize and offer an alternative. Sean is so sweet and professional, he also spoke with me when I picked up my order. Kudos to him, give him a raise, Qdoba! 🙂

First time here. The staff was so friendly. Helpful. Smiled and had personality! I’ve been in Bryn Mawr for 5 months. It isn’t the friendliest town. Not sure why. But I do know it was refreshing to go to Qdoba! And I will go again. Thanks for the good food and the positive vibes. No regrets! Yum!
