Please Someone call the Health Department, i don’t know where to begin. Im dining in the evening There , its late almost 8 pm Saturday evening just 2 days ago,, I Am a Tea Drinker and chose to have sweet tea, Well when walking to the tea station, by the looks of things something just told me to take a peak under the lid before pouring my cup. I pulled the lids Up And this is what i was greeted with. I’m so thankful the universe made me wanna check. I Immediately Reported what i seen to the manager in charge of shift, His name was Francisco.P, He seemed very upset with me for pointing out this issue and wanting it fixed. very rude young ROUND kid, Seem about early 20s, I asked if Fresh tea could be made and i was told it was too late. Tbh He Seemed like he just really didnt care about the issue at all and just wanted to go home. i Settled with a coke but, it was very lousy service from the moment i walked in the door. Im Positive no one likes to clean there much, if this is what the Tea Station looks like, im sure there are mice and bugs and other Health Violations all around, SOMEBODY CHECK THIS PLACE FOR INSPECTION

I got tortilla soup bowl and I enjoyed it. The food was fresh and generously portioned. The gentleman who took my order greeted me with a smile and also let me know to inform him if I needed anything while I eat my meal in the restaurant. The place was clean and I enjoyed eating there. Will definitely recommend and visit again!

I visited the location today and was warmly greeted by a young woman soon as I opened the door. She welcomed me with a great pitch and created a warm atmosphere. While I was waiting to be helped, another person walked in behind me and was greeted too. The gentleman with locs looked up and discontinued making a bowl for someone else and said, “Dont you hear her talking to you?” His tone was very aggressive towards me and I feel it was triggered because of my physical appearance as a homosexual male. I was visiting a friend and decided to grab food. My experience was completely horrible at that point because even the young lady that greeted me upon entry, looked at him and vouched she was not talking to me. I do not recommend this place for anyone and I do not appreciate being mistreated as such.

Qdoba, where should I start with this location. The employees don’t wear hair coverings or gloves. They reach and breathe all over the food that’s being made. This location is very unorganized and seem to not care about how they handle people food. If you are not going to care about the food that’s going in someone’s body, just don’t come to work or, better yet, quite. At any work establishment, you should care. All Philly restaurants are starting to be very bad. It’s a shame such a beautiful city with so much view and a lot to offer.

Lobby was clean, Iove that! Service was prompt and she remembered everything that my wife and I wanted ☺️ loved the attention to detail, overall good service the food was good.. everything tasted like it had been there few al few hours.. and I notice the grill was not sizzling with chicken or steak but to be fair we got there a bit late..

10/10 best fast food experience I’ve ever had! The whole team was warm and welcoming, super attentive and helpful. Shawn was sooo nice and helpful, absolute rockstar. My bowl was made to perfection thanks to Luis, Naim was sweet, the chef James made the food to perfection and Tati rung me up, she was a doll with a gorgeous smile!

Bad experience with this location by far !!! I happened to noticed no workers at the line to server me yesterday around dinner time maybe around 6 ish or 7 I happened to notice 2 employees a Spanish guy plus a manager coming from a back door in the kitchen laughing and joking around instead of attending me I spoke with a female manager that smelled like so much marijuana and with a bad attitude when I had a question to ask Leader ship is a disgrace ! Never coming back.
