The team here was really helpful and friendly. It was my first time at a Qdoba, so they provided suggestions and let me taste test the queso before ordering. The food was very tasty.

I had a recent good experience at my local QDOBA; therefore decided to order the same burrito again a week later. I am thinking the employee who make my prior order was in no way the same person who did this order. I was quite disappointed by the poorly folded burrito this go around. Upon opening up the foil I could see it wasn’t wrapped tightly at all. I could see filling when it should all be contained within the flour tortilla. I had to hold the burrito carefully to try and not tear it. Even with my best efforts, the filling started to squeeze out. A good portion of the burrito had to be eaten with a fork out of the foil.

The manager Amy is rude over the phone, in the store and even when the store is in the wrong. I ordered two vegan meals that were made with BEEF, I contacted Amy and she was incredibly rude, I went in to the store to show them and they were incredibly rude, and the manager even allowed a employee to laugh at me and yell at me because my children cannot eat meat and do not want beef in their veggie meals. There were not small pieces of beef the meal was made as a beef entree. The two black men that work there are always incredibly nice and good at what they do.

I went on Juneteenth near the end of the day and the staff were so lovely! They welcomed me in with warm arms. The food was great and they were working so well together. Beautiful Black kings and queens <3 THANK YOU!!

I’m going to need the store manager to be there to make my burritos because he made them perfectly. I’ve been twice once the store manager with dreads made it and my burritos are being rolled like jelly rolls. Didn’t come back for awhile and obviously that manager trained others to roll the burrito like jelly roll too. It makes it super messy to eat and so much tortilla in each bite. The cholula chicken is a lot more spicy than before almost hard to eat it. I gave a 3 only because he was so awesome but seriously what day are you working and I’m there.

Honestly very disappointed. The rice was undercooked and meat is very fatty. Also for 10 dollars I thought I was gonna get a big burrito. It seems to be a lot smaller than chipotle burrito honestly wish I went to chipotle. I gave them 2 stars because yes the food was bad, but staff were nice and respectful at least

I’ll give 5 stars to the guy who is doing all the work. The other two who refused to help the poor guy when he asked at least six times for help……they need to go and open doors and push shopping carts around for Walmart. Absolutely pathetic work ethic from the other employees. The guy helping us out (again the only one working) kept everyone informed and friendly, the others in the back doing god knows what……no comment.

I have always been very hesitant coming to this restaurant being from Latino background I’m very particular about the food that I eat they claim to be Authentic. Qdoba is definitely not authentic but it’s darn close to it. It’s amazingly good and I’m pretty shocked at my experience and delighted at the same time. They give a lot of food for one portion; I recommend getting a half portion bowl because, it’s much too big to consume at once. I highly recommend their bowls
