I was very disappointed in the service and food presentation. Burrito was poorly wrapped and they didn’t seal the side of queso completely so it spilled in the bag and all over the chips. Both of the folks making my food were not friendly. The first one wasn’t knowledgable about the menu and the second one didn’t make eye contact or even respond once to anything I said. She had a very rude disposition and the person I was with agreed. I wish I got names but will be sure to if I ever go again. Very disappointed in the new workers they hired. Gets 3 stars only because the food is great…when prepared right.

I’ve been to this location many times in the past few years. I went in to order a chicken protein bowl and it was the most disgusting food I’ve had. The onions were huge pieces as well as the peppers. The chicken was off and I had a pool of liquid due to the black beans. I could not finish. I don’t know why the people who work there let the food go to this point. It’s not good at all.

Let me just start with the older woman and her horrible attitude. I don’t know her name but apparently she’s been there a long time. 1. She didn’t even greet us she just stared at me waiting for me to say “a bowl please”. 2. She was annoyed when I didn’t choose my meat in .5 seconds and gave me the skimpiest serving size I’ve ever been given compared to other locations. When I asked for more tomato she acted like she was horribly inconvenienced. 3. The guacamole wasn’t fresh and clearly was very low so I asked if there was anymore guacamole I could have and she said no this is what we have with an attitude… of course. Meanwhile the man behind her was making FRESH guacamole.
