Went to Qdoba ordered over $60 in food got home and started eating the Burrito bowl and found a long black hair wrapped around the rice and chicken. I called and spoke to the woman working there. She was rude and accused me of lying, then asked if I could come back for a new bowl after she argued with me and insulted me. I told her I loved over 30 minutes away. She mumbled something and put the phone down. The guy who made my order picked the phone up and took my name and number and said he would have the manager (general or district) call me back. I still haven’t received a call. Poor customer service. I’ll be calling the health department.

5 stars was for the impeccable customer service from Mary and her team. They were slammed in lunch rush and my online order wasn’t ready. She took the time to apologize and let me know my order is being worked on. She apologized again while she handed me my food and gave me a free entree coupon. I thanked her and told her I understood how busy they were.

Finished our shopping and looking for a quick dinner (around 7:30 p on a weeknight). Everything seemed to be closing but luckily Qdoba was still open. It was my 2nd time at a Qdoba and the first for my husband. I ordered the surf n turf bowl while he pondered what to get. Luckily his server was super friendly, helpful and offered suggestions. He ended up with a custom chicken burrito and right after we paid, his server surprised us with complimentary warm nachos and queso. That’s customer service!! Thank you for a positive first Qdoba experience for the hubs!
