Not the cleanest, my chicken was pink. The lady argued with me over queso because I told her I wanted spicy and she gave me white, she told me “it’s the same thing”. Then proceeded on with my order and sighed and was acting like she couldn’t answer whatever questions I had for her. We all got chicken and I was trying to figure out which was which so we can add our toppings, so I ask. The lady goes “1,2,3” it goes by the order of which you ordered it in” like honey I get that but thats not what I asked you WHICH ONE HAS THE SPICY CHICKEN. Serious customer service problem, she spent the whole time with an attitude and tried to charge me extra.

I went there today to get my pick up order. “Manager” asked for my name I told him. He said it’s not there. Here’s my thing I tried showing him my emailed receipt. He said is there a different name. I told him no and tried to show him what it would say. He just kept saying no. I showed him my bank account that it was being taken out. He wanted to argue. Instead of actually checking he kept saying no. Then all of a sudden after 30 minutes he finds my food. It had been sitting there the whole time! All he had to do was take the time out look at what I had but he didn’t. I showed him all the proof. Turned around and got a refund then wanted to argue about my name and what I said. The receipt had Willi didn’t complete my last name. Manager is clearly incapable of putting two and two together. Incapable of taking a moment to look and compare as if I was lying. I won’t be back at that one again.

I didn’t have the best experience here. The place wasn’t the cleanest, and the service was not the greatest. I found pieces of bone in my strips of chicken, and when I told the manager, she said that it was “Normal” for bone to be found in the chicken. I have experience owning multiple different restaurants across many different places, and not once have we ever sold chicken with the bone still in it. I’m not trying to sound like a “Karen” in any way, but I want to put it out there that not just me, but many others could order that chicken and possibly choke on that same bone that I luckily was able to catch before swallowing it. I did get another salad, but not once would my employees ever roll their eyes when making another salad that takes 1 minute to make.

I LOVE this Qdoba and eat there very frequently. All staff are wonderfully kind, helpful, and efficient. When I order online it’s always ready for me in ten minutes or less – really fast! Good parking, lots of vegetarian and vegan food options, great rewards program, and delicious food. Love it here!!

The food is absolutely delicious here. We ordered mini ones but it was enough! We had the steak and the chicken with white rice, both delicious. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The mini bowls are about $6 with tax.

I often eat here in the Braintree location for lunch since I work a couple doors down. The staff is always friendly, quick and accurate. Even when I accidentally made a mistake placing my order they fixed it for me no problem 🙂 food is always great and fresh. Thank you for such great service, my coworkers and I all highly recommended.

I come to this location and it is always good, but today something was different. Great conversation with employees were already getting me ready to eat an extraordinary burrito. Then I took my first bite. I felt like a little burrito god came down from the heavens put its little twinkle on that bit and blessed cuz godddd damnnnn that burrito was busssss. I don’t think I’ll be able to forgot about this one. I’ll see this one in my dreams for at least the next 6-8 weeks. I called my mama to tell her I fell in love and she was disappointed when I told her it was a burrito that made me feel that way. I can’t stop salivating trying to get that taste for just another millisecond. Y’all blessed today. I’ll be back very, very soon! Great job folks!
