Excellent customer service, awesome experience every time . Food is made fresh, but what i think is most important is that I am greeted with a smile every time I walk in and that is a good feeling. We order for our office often enough and we virtually never have any wait time and orders are always completed without any confusing or mess-ups. Hats off to the qdoba team at andover st.

Not sure who upper management of this store is, but they should probably rethink their approach. Food is fine, staff is nice, but the actual restaurant itself is run down. The sign telling people they’re on camera is very tacky, and all of the tables/chairs are chipped or broken.

Danvers Qdoba is the best! My son and I visit on Friday nights and everyone smiles at us and is so patient with my son who has special needs. We look forward to going. The food is delicious and always fresh and the staff is super friendly!

I ordered the family serving size for myself and my staff and paid $70 last night on DoorDash. Not only was there hair in two of the trays, but now me, my child, and employees are all experiencing food poisoning.

Ordered 6 dishes totaling almost $100. 2 arrived correct, 2 arrived wrong, and 2 never arrived at all. When I called the restaurant and explained the issue, I could hear 3 or 4 employees trying to blame someone else for screwing it up. After being on hold the guy on the phone asks which Qdoba I ordered from as if this was somehow part of the mixup. When I told him the one on 114 Peabody, he proceeded to tell me he’s at a different one at 229 Andover St. uhh okay. Really? He just wanted to blame me and doordash. All he had to do was apologize and say let me fix it and send you the correct order. Happy I got my refund from doordash.
