We were seated immediately, and no other customers were in the store. Our waitress struggled with taking the order correctly and forgot one item we ordered, and somehow, we got pork rolls unnecessarily. We ate well, and the proportions at this restaurant are massive! However, I immediately lost my appetite when a customer entered the restaurant with her dog. I cannot understand how people with dogs feel so entitled to take the dog everywhere. Understanding health conditions, etc., wasn’t an active issue. I don’t appreciate having a dog in the same space as I am eating my meal. That’s just nonnegotiable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience until the dog was allowed in the restaurant.

Me and my family ordered 2 ramens, one appetizer, and one order with rice. It took around 20-30 minutes for the 4 plates, and around 10 minutes for the appetizer. I looked in the kitchen and there’s only one cook along with a waitress! Maybe they should hire more help? Plus, we had to ask for menus and chopsticks. Anyways, the food was really good The ramen bowl was really big, so I would recommend to share it with someone, unless you can finish it! The atmosphere was homey and cozy in my opinion. Even the bathroom had the same vibes! Would recommend, but they need to up their service a bit! 4/5 stars

Loved it! Been dying for some good Tonkotsu ramen, and every piece of this dish was so good! Seriously great seared pork, nice umami flavored soft boiled eggs (I asked for extra!), tender bamboo shoots, firm noodles, creamy broth… super fresh and fast! Very kind waiter/owner too.

Good ramen and good people. We took our friend here for his first time having ramen and it was great. Lots of options and you certainly get a lot for what you’re paying. We got takoyaki, karage miso, kimchi and shrimp tempura ramen. My miso ramen also came with fish balls which was a nice surprise. It’s not too common. Waitress was great and food came out quickly too. Definitely recommend stopping by.

Nice ramen place in the center of Princeton. Sufficient vegetarian options but few kid size meals.

service was meh and we had to ask for our utensils to be given to us. the food was so ridiculously flavorless especially considering the prices. the ambiance/lighting was nice though but the air conditioning was freezing. the appetizers tasted better than the main dishes…

Had dinner tonight with my Daughter. She had the curry chicken, I had the curry seafood udon. We shared gyoza. My Mom is Japanese so we eat Japanese food at home.

The food was great but the service was terrible. I would not do sit down and only take out. There was one server and they were really clueless. We waited 20 min to have our order taken and at least 20 min when done to get the check. I actually had to go up to the counter to ask for my check. I am trying to call the manager to give some honest feedback. It could be great if the service were improved.

We just ate at this restaurant and had a terrible experience. First of all, the ramen just wasn’t very good. Also, the man waiting on us was very rude. He did not bring us water, and when we for it, he inexplicably brought us two plastic cups instead of the water glasses which he gave to everyone else. We asked for two bowls (we were sharing) and he gave us one small one and another that was tiny. Every interaction was unpleasant. Do not go here!
