This place has one specialty and one only, their PAPAS of course! Best papas I’ve ever had. When I went I got tacos de papa and they were amazing. Staff was very friendly. Victoria helped me with recommendation. Don’t forget to try their salsa 10/10. I definitely recommend this place.

delicious food! i got the torta and it’s one of the better ones in san marcos by far. lots of vegetarian options but pastor is equally as tasty. Miss Maria is also really sweet and accommodating. Her aguas frescas are some of my favorite, usually jamaica or pina con mango.

If you don’t come back to visit our apartment complex again soon, we will find you ourselves (Dumbledore said calmly). That was easily one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had since moving to the area 3 months ago. There’s so much love not just in the food, but also in the service. Everything (the food, the truck, the chefs) shines with a colorful personality.
