Did a Grubhub order and we had 3 different pupusa that were thrown in together. 2 of them couldn’t even tell the difference. No sauces were sent and that is what makes a good tasting pupusa and Yuca.Called and the girl was nice just explain they don’t separate any of the food and they must of forgot to sent the sauces. Visiting VA and able to taste Salvadoran food was amazing and when you think you found a piece of the Salvadoran world here in Idaho, You’re so excited and then the wawawa! Huge bummer

The service is so bad here. It’s never a good energy. It doesn’t feel welcoming. Just buy and go. There is no connection with the customers. Sad because it wasn’t like that before. . So it kinda puts you in a bad mood too when they talk to you like they don’t even want you to be there. I’m Salvadoreña and there is not a lot of our culture here in Idaho. Finding this place was exciting, connect with my people.

Terrible customer service, drove 25 minutes to eat here. Wouldn’t let my little girl in with her happy meal. She’s picky so we came prepared so she could eat. Absolutely no outside food allowed. So we ended up having to order take out. The lady told us to come back in 15 minutes, like we were not welcome in there. So we go out and wait in our car while my little one eats. Since she had finished most of her food in that time we figured they would allow us to dine in. NOT SO! The lady said that we couldn’t dine in because we weren’t allowed to eat in with carryout boxes. What kind of place treats their customers like this?! They could’ve easily placed our food on a plate and let us eat. But no, their rules come before their clients. Never again, terrible customer service!!!! Not family friendly and rude!
