I ordered with my debit card I spent $60 and received no food and no refund. The people kept giving me a run around and said they would cash app the money and never did. The food is really good but the service sucks when it comes to delivery. Literally don’t order unless you’re actually going in.

Punta cana to go on canal street Fast service the chimis were great ($12) each if you pick up ($13.50) if you order from doordash they come with French fries good variety of things to order they have their own website to order through but was having issues so I called and picked up theyre chimi has been the best in lawrence area I’ve tried so far so I will order again even if it’s few more dollars then other places .

Horrible service. I ordered two simple things a chimi and a hot dog. They never showed up with my order told them and called multiple times but they just kept saying that their driver would be there In 8 minutes. They never came. Had to cancel my order and they were ignoring my calls after I called twice and asked nicely. Don’t order delivery from here unless you don’t want to eat.

The food is great, their trucks are only open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday. But Punta Cana to go is really good food. I read the reviews and they have bad phone and delivery service but I walked in and had zero issues getting my food.

I have been ordering from here through doordash for the past month, today they tell me they dont deliver to my address LOL, and that I had to pay extra if I want ot delivered after I paid delivery on doordash

I’ve ordered a chimi and when I took the first bite a string of human hair got stuck on my teeth. It was disgusting. My husband came out and told the girl taking orders and she wasnt surprised. The people working on food trucks should wear a hairnet.

Rude staff. Order a single item (A simple Yaroa) , its been almost 2 hours. Called them to check the status and they said it was going to take 25 more minutes to be ready. I requested the cancelation and she told me to call uber to ask for my money back, because its nothing to do with them

I ordered food 3 times and all 3 were horrible they have a bad taste the fried plantains were raw I don’t recommend it at all and the dishes are so expensive for the taste they have.
