Wanted a quick lunch on the go and this place was perfect. Their yellow rice (Moro) was delicious and cooked to perfection. The Combo of empanadas is perfect because it gives you an opportunity to try three different ones. I recommend this place. The service is amazing and the aesthetic is bomb too.

I order the pernil with yellow rice and red frijoles along with a couple of empanadas a pepperoni empanada and chicken fajita one. The empanadas were just ok the main bowl it self was really not tasty plus I was given a piece of unripen hard avocado which I paid extra for. The mac & cheese was dry barely any cheese or flavor. The pernil tasted bad the texture was ok but I actually stopped eatting it just to write this review I’ll finish off the dish cause I was raised to clean my plate and not waste anything but I’m not enjoying it. The frijoles were ok I saw this place pop up on my lists of Latin spots to try but I doubt I’ll order from them again.

There’s no heartbreak like the one of spending money on food that does not add up to your expectations, let alone the price. I’m a city girl and legit got excited when I saw this was a “Dominican” restaurant. I even paid extra for priority delivery on Uber and for a 12min drive, it got to me as if it took 30mins to get to me. The flavors are nothing special, my beef empanada had hard particles in the meat and I’ve never seen a chicken empanada with carrots and potatoes in it. Just overall disappointed.

Let’s start off with the atmosphere The walls are covered up in graffiti art. That is amazing with great details and great music. The service is great with very friendly staff. Also if you have any questions regarding the food, they are very helpful in trying to assist you in picking something you will like. Now the food is beyond good and the combination of flavors are amazing. I love the fries ❤️

Ordered a steak sandwich after specifically telling the young man at the register I DO NOT EAT CHICKEN. I get home and what do I have CHICKEN. Thanks for making me spend money for something I CANNOT EAT!!!. I DONOT RECOMMEND this spot. Sorry

I normally do not leave bad reviews but from the moment I walked in I was turned off. Being told that they were 25 minutes behind on order as if to turn me away. Order three bowls they weren’t even filled the beans were hard all around I was just unhappy. I was disappointed but I did not go to my normal Dominican spot due to see me the advertisement. Honestly it seemed like they were in transition from a Dominican spot to a Philly cheese steak spot. Really wish I would have read the reviews before going

If you’re looking for authentic Dominican food, THIS IS NOT IT. Turn away they got a white guy serving guests and no sense of sabor. The rice was dry, chicken dry, beans served in a little container. Waste of money, they got no right having the Dominican label on their restaurant.
