Wow! This place is literally out in the middle of NO WHERE! That being said I have been to Indian restaurants all over the US from Oregon to Florida and I am beyond impressed with this location. It’s definitely sketchy looking to be honest. The gentleman are super friendly and I’m super white and they treated me very friendly! I ordered the samosas, Naan, and chicken Tikka masala. It was by far the best the best I’ve had. The samosas were veggie and I love meat but oh my goodness it was so tasty it came with a yogurt sauce and chutney of some sort. The chicken Tikka was amazing as well and had serious flavor! The Naan was the perfect texture not too soft or too crispy. I highly highly recommend you stop here I know it doesn’t look like a fancy restaurant but they really impressed me and I’m eating here on my way back home today with a huge order lol. Thank you!

My partner and I were so excited to see this food truck parked on E Cypress. They were gone for a while and they completely remodeled their food truck. It looks fantastic and their Tikka Masala is just how we remember! It is seriously the best in town. Go support!

Hands-down this is absolutely the best Punjabi/Indian food that I have tasted. Being from Punjab myself and eating vegetarian Punjabi food at home still leaves me with a niche for the best chicken curry that you will only fine here.

Support this entrepreneur! This food truck belongs in a restaurant. Very high quality food, excellent spices and flavor. I eat Indian regularly and am rating this a 5 star in food quality against some of the best Indian restaurants on the west coast. A great alternative to the common fair available in Redding.

I tried their food while my stay in Redding. It is a food truck but they prepare everything then and there( nothing frozen/ pre cooked). I got samosa’s which were made fresh in front of me. Their paneer tikka masala was good. The nan was extra soft and super yummy. Service was quick.
