I’m giving them 1 star because they seem to be more friendlier to their own people. I walked in and it was like they seen a ghost. YES black people do eat didn’t kind of food from all over the world . When they see their own they’re nice and friendly. The food was so so I’ll give it a 4 out of 10

Like most of the Indian restaurants in the USA, the ambiance and service were sub per however, the food was pretty decent. We started with chicken tandoori and lassi. The salted lassi was the best with a hint of mint and spices in it. It was very refreshing and great as palette cleanser. The sweeter one ( mango lassi) was rather too sweet and less thick. The chicken tandoori was decent, and was juicy. Moving on, we got some garlic and chili naan. The naan was made fresh and hot. We got some paneer bhurji, and chicken korma. The paneer was soft and spicy, and the chicken korma was decent too. Overall, the food was decent. But I would love if the washroom and dinning tables were little more cleaner.

We finally made it to Punjabi Dhaba in Kingston Springs on Saturday afternoon to check out if this restaurant hit the North Indian, home-cooked comfort spot for me. I ordered the dishes with Medium heat.

Very good food and I have very little experience with this type of cuisine. They allow you to choose your spice level…we chose medium and it was spicy enough. We each ordered a dish and shared. Rice was good and the naan was awesome. Very reasonably priced for what we ordered and brought some home.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Had a great time with friendly staff. They helped me try new foods that I love now. 10/10 would recommend!
