Stopped in for lunch while running errands in the area. The staff making pizzas were clearly very busy with online orders, and there was a small line, but it moved quickly and we received our food in about 10-12 minutes after ordering, as quoted. I ordered the Margherita Extra – it was one of the best Margherita pizzas I’ve ever had – perfect amounts of tomato and spinach, simply fabulous! My husband ordered Napoli with Pepperoni – it had a little bit of spice, but it was not overwhelming. The Neopolitan crust was amazing as well. The casual dining area was nice with plenty of options to be seated. This is one of the best local chains in the Twin Cities area.

The staff was having a hard time with the computer system which had crashed, and it meant we weren’t able to order our food. We were grateful that the staff were very apologetic of the situation, and even provided our pizzas to us on the house because of the unexpected wait. It’s so refreshing to experience such wonderful costumer service and it turned a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant dinner date. I had the Toscano pizza which the hostess recommended to me. Very tasty and had a nice spicy flavor. Just wish they could’ve put a little more sausage on it. Highly recommend eating your pizza on the patio.

Punch pizza is always a treat. The half salads are generous! The pizza is always perfection, nice charred crust and the freshest ingredients. It’s best to go off hours, as drinks and condiments are self-serve and it gets tricky to maneuver when crowded. Service is friendly enough, but you only really interact with folks when you order and when they deliver, so it’s a bit moot to comment much here. Depending on how busy it it, the atmosphere is either peaceful or lively.

Always loved the pizza at Punch but recently had an amazing experience with the staff at this location. My first solo dining experience with my two kids and the staff was so understanding. Helping me get a high chair, taking the time to give suggestions on the menu for the kids.. just very patient and helpful.

After visiting Punch several times over the past couple of months (once I discovered it), I had the most horrible service today and even failed to get the food I paid for. While the service had always been mediocre, the food has been quite pleasant. But, today takes the cake, and I will never return. I came in to order ONLY a half punch salad to go. I paid and waited patiently for the first 20 minutes without receiving my order. Then, I asked the staff about the order, since several others received not only salads but their pizzas and other orders before I did – even though I ordered before them. This was about 5 pm and the place was not overly busy. I was told just a few more minutes. I waited again for 15 minutes and absolutely nothing except for looks from the staff. I then asked about my order again, to no avail, and then left after 10 minutes more. Unacceptable. (It is important to note that I was the only black person in the restaurant). I didn’t even ask for a refund because I was so livid and did not want to cause a scene. If you want quality service without racism, then DO NOT go to Punch Pizza Roseville.
