We waited at the counter for 10mins while we were the only ones in there. Finally got service and placed our order. When we received what we ordered, they were almost not blended. The taste of both smoothies were also not the greatest. Spent $13 and will not be going to this location again.

Smoothies are always good, BUT we went after 8 once and the the person making smoothies said they were out of orange juice.. no problem I substitute it with Apple juice. Then the person who said that walks away from us and turns around and does this weird twerking dance while holding the counter? (Very strange yet oddly hilarious) then I look over and there’s a full bin of oranges. Don’t lie because you don’t want to clean the machine.

The server with the red hair should not be in customer service. Rude, unhelpful, and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. My kids smoothies were unable to be consumed because they were so thick. Not a great experience! Won’t go back, even if that means we have to go to another location outside of North Canton.

Smoothies and products always taste great. The reason I gave two stars is because the staff is really slow. It doesn’t seem like their fault although. It’s all minors that work there and I have not seen an adult one time since i’ve been in there. My sister has gone and asked for a manager multiple times and always gets the answer that “they aren’t here right now”. Is there ever an adult here? The staff seems super stressed and overworked.

Love this Pulp location, the staff is amazing, fast service and well trained . The smoothies and fresh squeezed juices are incredible. You can tell the management team gets it and knows how to find the best staff and trains them very well. I could go there everyday! Thanks Pulp

I will never step foot in that Pulp or any Pulp !!! Especially this specific one !!! Very Very very rude not helpful when I simply asked if they could see if they had overcharged me ! The one worker straight said No because she didn’t ring me out ! The owner was also very rude so might want to watch out who runs and owns your franchise! I work for franchisees and they would never speak to a customer that way nor would I since I work in customer service ! Horrible service and we also waited 25 mins for two smoothies ! I could say a lot more but that experience really was very upsetting!! But what topped the cake was the owner Adam how dare he talk to me that way !!! You guys have really horrible rude people working for you and they never greeted anyone that came in !! If I could give it a negative rating I would !! Adam was positively the worst person I have ever talked to in management I myself have been in management for over 10 years and I have never spoken to a customer that way !

Smoothie was great but my complaint is this. The young lady who had on the grey oversized sweat shirt and something on that was supposed to be shorts , I was totally disgusted by your work attire! When you bent over the back cooler to scoop sorbet your business was showing to everyone on the other side of the counter! Everyone else working was dressed the way they should of been. Don’t know who the manager is there but they don’t inforce dress code!!
