As a major fan of Arte in Loveland, I have always tried to circle back to this place and ALWAYS end up being disappointed. I have ordered from here for company events and for my family. I have never once received a correct order, never. Even something simple like “please make the pizza crispy” the pizza will come out almost comically undercooked. They always forget a topping or to follow cooking instructions, it never fails- to the point where it’s a running joke in my family to guess what they are going to forget whenever we order. But today will be my last pie from Pulcinella, it’s not worth the headache or the money these days! If it wasn’t locally owned it would be getting a 1 star.

It’s nice to have a pizzeria that offers gluten free pizza. Every pizza we’ve had has been great! GF or otherwise. Warning: kids from the local school descend here when school is in, over noon hour, so it’s super busy then. Pay over the phone for quicker pickup.

The pizza keeps getting smaller and smaller and the recipe keeps being inconsistent. The shields location has 2 good daytime employees. The others sit on their phones and I have to greet them when I come in. The only good large slice pizza left in town is Surfside. I just paid $10.21 for this… I could get a whole pizza for that price several other places in town.

I’m giving them Negative 5 stars! Absolutely the worst customer service ever! We ordered a pizza, large lasagna and 2 meatballs. Pizza was not cooked all the way, meatballs tasted like canned and Ragu sauce has more flavor. They forgot the the lasagna and when we called to let them know we asked if they could deliver since it was their mistake. They said no. Hoping the location on East Harmony opens again! Will NEVER go to the Drake location again! Pizza Hut has better customer service than this joke of a restaurant!

Been here a few times. Staff is really nice. HVe not really done the wine bar. More for the food. Good oven baked pizza. Made by hand in front of you and unique topings options along with the traditional offerings. Only challenge is consistency. Sometimes this is a great place to eat and hang out. Other times it takes forever to get food and the service suffera.
