They are always losing my order. I give them all my info. plenty of time to make it and when I show up I get “I didn’t see that order” Or “we lost track of time” today he also almost charged me $10 over what I should’ve paid because he didn’t finish the lady aheD if me. never have they offered to discount it for the inconvenience of waiting even though I called them an hour ahead of time.

Depending on who ends up preparing your food depends on how good it will be. The people at this Pugies are not only trained on Pugies but also a Subway and a gas station/convenience store. Now some of the people really do not seem to care on how they do the food, especially the pizza. I have had some where there is only five pieces of pepperoni on a large, huge globs of sauce here and there, and some that have practically no cheese. On occasion the Stromboli is not cooked all they way, the same with the pizza and other dough products.
