The food at Puesto is always delicious, fresh and satisfying! My experience tonight was exceptionally good due to the excellent service by Shane and Allysa. They went above and beyond to take care of an issue and make me feel like a valued customer. I really appreciate it and look forward to eating there again soon.

Trendy Mexican food. Came here for dinner during Comic Con to meet some friends. Location is great! Parking can take a bit to find in the mall this is in. The restaurant looks really nice and they are willing to work with food allergies. Tacos are $8-$10 each and they recommend 3. If you get sides like guac or anything you can probably get 2 tacos and be satisfied. 3 tacos, a couple of sides and a couple of drinks will easily cost you over $100.

This is a trendy Mexican restaurant and bar in Mission Valley San Diego. The ceviche was fresh and zesty but rather small (rates 7/10). I had 3 tacos the chicken al pastor (6/10), carnitas (7/10) and the mushroom (10/10). This place is a little bit more expensive than most, but if you like a trendy vibe and decor then it is worth it.

Carms, myself and Andrena were spending some time is San Diego for the weekend a.d we swooped by this darling spot. Folks, get ready to be wowed out with how huge and well serviced this place is. They brew their own beer, have a liquor license so they’re stacked with a huge selection of Tequilas and other fine spirits, full menu of awesome Mexican cuisine, and a lively atmosphere. Now, I feel they were on the pricy side, but I don’t mind spending the extra coin for an amazing experience. The service was great and we enjoyed the food. If you’re in the area, pay them a visit. I’d recommend sitting at the bar and chilling for a bit.

Mexican food with a flare. Unbelievable flavors in all the tacos. Our bartender, Nicole, could not have been more friendly and experienced. Our server, Shane, was the best. Very knowledgeable. The filet and lobster taco was the bomb. Shrimp Taco was delicious also. I will be back. Date Night did not disappoint.

Continues to be my favorite gourmet taco place. Some of the best tacos are the quesabirria, Al pastor, mushroom, and verduras. The have a secret menu of old tacos if you ask nicely for off menu tacos like the surf n turf. The Nogales guac has always been a delight but their new lobster guac is amazing with giant chunks of lobster meat. The passionfruit and mango shrimp ceviche we have enjoyed. Drinks are tasty but wish they had more options for tequila. Haven’t had a bad meal yet in my multiple visits. Service is hit or miss. But love how large the place is with so many options to request for dining.

This place you walk in, and you think it’s gonna be good because of the smells or Gray and the community of people themselves are great period but you bite down into your food. I have the nachos terrible choice. Don’t yet those and my siblings had the enchiladas and they said they liked it, but not worth the money.

I came to San Diego on a work trip and ate tacos every day, and my one regret is I didn’t eat tacos enough! I made a side trip to come back here before heading to the airport because they were the best. Staff were attentive and welcoming, food was great.

Puesto wants to be upscale, but the food is too basic. The drinks, chips, and salsa were great, but everything went downhill from there. There are countless other better Mexican places than this. The tacos are ridiculously high and nothing special at all. The vibe is energetic too bad the food can’t match the vibe or the price you pay.
