This place is really amazing! I was recommended to come here by a friend because I don’t usually go to Waikoloa. I got to-go because they’re very busy and I wanted to leave to go back to Hilo. I didn’t know what to expect. This place was beyond my expectations entirely. Definitely a fine dining restaurant. It was the best pasta dish and canoli I’ve ever tasted! I don’t know what they use in the food but man it’s some really good ingredients. The price definitely reflects the quality. Seems like a good place to go every once in a while or if you got money to blow. The staff was very friendly and helpful, because the menu was confusing to me. They helped me pick one of the best dishes on the menu. I really want to try everything now! Thank you for being so awesome!

All around good. The food was well prepared. They use a nice thick balsamico. My wife thoroughly enjoyed here Caccio e pepe. The lasagna is a classical recipe, but the flavor was flat and I felt very heavy after eating only half.

We love, love, love Pueo’s. It’s the best Italian food this side of Italy itself. From the housemade pastas to the hand-tossed, oven-fired pizzas to the tasty meat courses (the veal and chicken are to die for!), this is an essential stop on any restaurant tour of the area north of Kona, equal to any of the famed eateries in nearby Waimea. We make it a point to stop here every time we’re on the Big Island — you should, too. Reservations recommended.

This Italian restaurant in Waikoloa Village is a hidden gem. The ambience and interior design is very pretty. The food is amazing and it is one of the best places I’ve been to for Italian food. They had many gluten free options and were safe for individuals with allergies such as myself with Celiac Disease, such as a cauliflower pizza crust and gluten free pasta made in-house.

This food was incredible! We had the short rib pizza and caprese salad and they were both amazing. Probably the best pizza my husband and I have ever had. We didn’t have a reservation and we were seated indoors, but it was SO cool being able to see inside the kitchen. I also highly recommend the espresso martini. Our waitress was very fast, attentive and friendly.

I did not want to do this at all because this is one restaurant I really love, but the last few times have not been the usual at all! Attached is a picture from my last night’s order, i ordered Margarita pizza and added Olives Jalapeño and Arugula to it, the first time it came out the dough was not cooked all the way and still raw, i returned it and they did a refire and i got this! I was charged For Arugula, Jalapeño and Olives and this is what the pizza looks like! At this point this is just a ripoff
