The pizza was way more expensive then what was shown in the menu. Menu price was $22 but I got charged $29. Then it took an hour to cook for the pizza to come out cold. We were definitely forgotten about and nothing was done to correct the issue. Probably would’ve been great hot, but it had to have been sitting for at least 30 minutes on the shelve somewhere.

Gave us the wrong toppings on the pizza, which noticed after bringing inside and opening. Called back to tell them, and he fought against doing anything to fix the issue. Finally, he agreed to deliver a replacement. When it came, they wanted the wrong one back after it had some pieces eaten. When checking the new one, they gave us the same wrong toppings again. They said they will not be giving us another pizza. So they obviously have no idea what they are doing and terrible service. There are plenty other pizza places around, I recommend ordering from one of them.

The Canandaigua location needs some serious help. We ordered a med pizza and wings. Looked for a table and all had a sticky film on them or not wiped off and cleaned because they had pizza sauce and oil on them as well. I went to go to bathroom and it was disgusting. Smell of urine was strong and looked as it hadn’t been clean in months. Best of all no soap to wash hands. Husband went wash his he said the same thing, nasty and there wasn’t soap. How does this place pass inspection? Disgusting and disappointing. We left.

Drove from Buffalo to there because my granddaughters love pudgies pizza. Round trip 4 hrs. Ordered sheet pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese it was good. Ordered a pudgie burger it was good. Order a 3 cheese stromboli and it wasn’t what we ordered it was 3 meat which we don’t eat. If we wanted meat it would only have been pepperoni. We don’t eat ham or sausage ever on pizza. Very disappointed spent 4 hrs in the road, $92 for food plus gas only to have the order wrong. Not like it was down the road to go back and get it fixed.
