Literally have gotten Pudgie’s for thirty years grew up on it. Had the worst party pack ever. No cheese on 90% of the sheet pizza. Clearly they don’t care about quality anymore but will still charge over $50 for an inedible party pack. Pretty bad when I should have gone to little Caesar’s instead of Pudgie’s. They’ve been slipping for a while but this was unacceptable.

I have been going to Pudgies in Horseheads and Elmira for 50 plus years. I moved away over 10 years ago and work brought me to the Cortland area. I was excited to see a Pudgies and could not have been more disappointed. Stromboli was mostly bread, hardly any sauce, and very little meat. Also got a large pizza and again a thick dry crust, very little sauce and cheese. I ended up throwing most away and said never again to this location.

We love the vestal location. We went to cortland for the first time in probably 2 or 3 years. I was quoted 20 mins on the phone. Got there and they couldn’t find my order until they decided to search for my phone number. There was like 12-15 teenagers working there. Every single one was goofing off except one who was actually cleaning and one who must have been training. They gave us our pizza but didn’t have our wings ready (they only had 10 ready even though we ordered a party pack) so 20 mins we were quoted turned into almost an hour. I try so hard to support local business but the cortland location has lost us as customers. It’s crazy to pay $50 for that and then have to wait an extra 30 minutes on top of the quoted time.

I have always loved the food here. Please keep in mind that I do not have a sophisticated pallet, so… The 2qts of soda to a party pizza is not proportional. I have been to pizza places that offer deals with much smaller and cheaper pizzas with 2, 2 liters. That would make more sense. There were 10 of us eating one pizza and drinking the same 2 quarts, excuse me, same 2ounces and splitting the rest of the volume of ice cubes equally.

My bf orders food for his mom here all the time. We decided to order food here for ourselves this time. We were quoted a total price and confirmed it again. The food was delivered and cost three times as much! I told him to have it returned, but he paid for it. The quality of food has declined over the years and customer service is a joke! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Wingss babyyy!!!! Ordered Mild Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan and I demolished them lol. Haven’t tried the sheet pizza yet but most definitely the next time I come up this way I have to check it out.All the way from Florida

The best Mozzarella Sticks around!! The pizza is my all time favorite, out of all pizza I have had! The subs are awesome! Everything is great! The staff are always friendly and delivery is fairly quick! Thank you Pudgies Pizza (Cortland) for your AMAZING food and service!!!

Great tasting boneless chicken. The mild is spicy for anyone who can’t handle it, the garlic parm is my favorite. And the pizza also is good here. Been going here for almost 8 years and never had any issues.

The first time I went to Pudgies was in august of 2020. We ordered a pepperoni sheet pizza. It was very undercooked pizza. It was like eating raw dough.

Well I’m from Auburn New York and I had to go to Cortland New York to see my dentist we used to have a Pudgies in Auburn New York it was delicious back then haven’t been there since 1979. Well it’s not there anymore. And I heard there was one in Cortland New York so I had to stop in and try it just delicious while I was waiting for a pizza to bring home I had a roast beef sandwich out of this world I was very pleased.
