First timer! The food was really good!! The dining area is small with a bar and 8-10 tables. It was a little loud for me, but that didn’t take away from the food experience. We had the pork belly nachos (2nd pic), pretzels w/ beer cheese and the pimento smothered chicken (1st pic). All were deliciously flavored. The pretzels had a little too much salt on them for my taste, but the dough was soft and chewy like a great soft pretzel should be. For me, those mashed potatoes that came with the chicken was my favorite part of the meal. Would definitely recommend and will be returning to try the other faire.

Stopped in on Feb 3rd for lunch. Trying something new while in the area. Small, and quiet little place which is perfect! Was seated as soon as we walked in and greeted with our waitress fairly quickly. Ordered the Local Brat with fries. Presentation of food is good and was really excited to try it. Started on the fries since they were warm and realized that they were kinda tough to chew. Feel like they were stale fries that were reheated and served. Then the bratwurst itself was flavorless. If it wasnt for the bbq sauce, bacon, and caramelized onions I probably wouldn’t have ate it. My friend ordered the pork belly nachos and that was a disappointment as well. Store bought chips which were flavorless and not enough sauce on the nachos. Melted cheese on it which quickly became cold and making the chips stick and hard. Will try again in the future, but not anytime soon!

10/10 would recommend – Fantastic local pub! I judge a pub harshly based on their burger, and the Pub Burger was on point!!!

I had the Pub Burger, and the parmarsion fries. For $10.00 this was a thick juicy well done burger. The burger was worth the $10.00. The fries were my choice out of three options. The fries were not crisp but I like soggy fries, but, they were tasteless until I dipped them in ketchup. Over all it was a excellent lunch, the servers were very attentive & nice. I would recommend the Pub burger!

A great little stop with excellent cuisine, a cozy environment and child-friendly menu options. My husband has the crab cakes, I had the PH Salad with Salmon and the children both had the bacon-crumble-topped Mac n cheese and we couldn’t have been happier. All of it was amazing and we’ll definitely be back! Try the house “warm bacon vinaigrette,” dressing, it is great!

Menu is extremely limited unfortunately. Service was sub par at best. The food was nearly the opposite as requested and the server seemed not to care nor entertain the idea of getting the orders correct. I was warned from a few locals regarding their service shortcomings, however I didn’t listen nor believe the complaints. If this review isn’t a deterrent enough please go check it out and feel free to agree with me in the comments later ….

A hidden hole in the wall gem! Looking for a new place to have lunch and gave it a try – total winner. The staff is friendly and personable, the food was off the wall amazing and super-reasonable drinks (despite Tennessee’s “sin” tax added on). The Shepherd’s pie was hands down the best I ever had, covered in cheese and parsley as a variation and so much flavor! It came with a “side” salad that was a large bowl of spring greens, dried cherries, gobs of feta cheese, sesame seeds in a warm vinagrette dressing. Brought leftovers, I could not finish. 11 bucks for a great Old Fashioned made with Larceny bourbon? Count me in for a couple. Will be coming back soon.

Quiet cozy little spot in the middle of downtown Springfield. I had the pimento cheese smothered chicken with mashed potatoes and a house salad with the bacon vinaigrette dressing.

Took a shot on this place (was a decent drive) after reading reviews. I had the burger and it was awesome! I usually try house burgers if they are on the menu. It did not disappoint. The fries looked absolutely amazing but lacked flavor and were kind of cold. But I did not mind that overall. I really liked the place and will go back if ever in the area.

Went for Mother’s Day. Filet mignon and burger were cooked more than requested, but they were still good. My 16 year old daughter that doesn’t like french toast usually, but she loved the tiramisu french toast. My grits needed a little more seasoning. The side salads are generous and yummy. The atmosphere is very cool!
