I’m so thrilled Pub Belly has decided to open in Pines! We absolutely needed a place like this in our neighborhood. The happy hour is amazing and the food is delicious. Our server Angel has helped us multiple times and always been attentive and kind. We’ve brought our two big dogs and sat outside and our server was even refilling the water bowls for our dogs. The truffle short rib dumplings are to die for! In the photos are the fried chicken and also a short rib crispy rice. So good!!

We were excited to try the new opening of the Pembroke Pines location. We went for an early dinner on a Friday. The waiter made some recommendations and was attentive. The style of the restaurant is meant to be a tapas/sharing experience. However, the portions are very small for the price. We were a family of four (two children) and we spent $150 (no alcohol drinks). I left feeling unsatisfied and not full at all.

I’ll start with the atmosphere. Their table format is very cramped. There’s no sense of privacy whatsoever. Their style is tapas but seat you at table so small they only hold about 2 items. Next the food, the food came out very salty and some items came out burnt. We did complain but due to the poor service it was never rectified, which brings me to my next topic… service. Their servers are all inexperienced. Very little training. They sat us with a server who didn’t know the menu, barely had a voice as we had to keep asking him to speak up. When we told him what we wanted he had to look at the menu in confusion. He never came back out to refill our drinks or even look at our table. Didn’t come to ask us how our food was either. We asked a busboy to get the manager… that never happened. There was a manager on the floor who vanished for about 45 min as we sat there in disappointment. Eventually we caught eye of a manager who seemed to had just gotten there for her shift. We delivered our complaints to her. She was nice and offered to comp our meal and asked that we return to give them a second chance. She took down my name email and number and promised to contact us to arrange another visit. That never happened. All in all I would have preferred to go to twin peaks right next door after that experience. This location is inexperienced, lacks the customer service and needs help with their quality control. There’s no excuse for service that poor for a restaurant that had about 5 parties and almost 5 servers on the floor. I’d also like to point out the one thing I love so far… that most of their 5 star reviews are from individuals that have only left one review ever. Notice to employees: actually do better at your jobs and earn your reviews instead of writing them yourselves.

New place in Pembroke Pines, it was OK, but felt overpriced, $20 usd for 4 small lobster donuts, I know… Lobster… but for the amount of meat it had, it felt small. The quinoa roll was much better priced, great taste, crunchy and with a nice kick!. The ceviche tostones were really good, fresh and tasty. Finally, we order the pork belly, small portion but full of taste. We also order two watermellon cocktails, were ok.

I came to Pubbelly for Date night with my boyfriend on a Saturday. We arrived at 7am, which was perfect timing before the dinner rush. We were seated immediately, no wait. The service was great even when it got alittle busy. The food was good , not great. We had Shitake Bao buns and short rib dumplings to start. The Bao buns had way too much sauce and the short rib lacked flavor and salt. We then ordered the Heat Roll and Nigiri Wagyu and crispy yellowtail. The Nigiris were the best thing of the night. Alittle pricey for the food but overall good. I also had a Lychee Sangria and my boyfriend had Korin light. For the price there are way better places to eat, but an overall good experience

I am giving 3 stars to the restaurant becuse they only have ONE gluten free dish in the menu. They do not offer to customize other dishes, so if you have dietary restrictions, this restaurant is not for you.

Ok, let me first say that it’s been a long time since I received such an exceptional experience, I walked in to place an order to go, I was very well received and offered a very nice watermelon juice with slices of watermelon, absolutely fresh and refreshing. And let’s not even talk about the food, Incredible, on point fusion cuisine that will spike your senses. This is the best restaurant choice so far in Pembroke Pines and is here to stay.
