This might be my new favorite breakfast/brunch spot! First time visiting from about an hour away and it was INCREDIBLE! We got the mimosa flight – traditional mimosa, margarita mimosa, and cranberry peach! We also ordered the pancakes, candied pepper bacon, and steak and eggs! Every single bite was a festival in my mouth! I cannot explain how delicious and smooth each bite was. So good! If you have not visited, stop by.

Good food and service. Great recommendations by our server. Parking was ample behind the lot in the parking garage. The drinks were good. I loved the cold brew. Even the kids meal were great. They enjoyed it. I found the food to be too sour at times. Wish they had given the lemon or lime spice as an extra or some condiment to counter it. I would definitely be back.

My family and I go to Proximo easily 3-4 times a month. It’s our absolute favorite! The food is incredible, the staff also incredible. They are so kind to customize anything to meet your needs. Super tasty and unique food! Don’t miss out on this menu! This was our first time eating here and it was awesome! I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was amazing. A little spicy ️ but not overwhelming. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. Service was great and the restaurant was beautiful.

My husband and I came here on a Saturday night for dinner while we were in town for the night. We loved it so much that we came back the next morning for brunch. Not only is the food excellent (they make their own hot sauce, it is fresh, spicy perfection) but the service was unmatched. We had Ned for dinner and he truly made it such a great experience. Ned requested to have our table the next morning for brunch too and we were so glad. He is one of the best servers I’ve ever had and took wonderful care of us. Oh and also the French toast, do NOT sleep on this meal for brunch. It was the best French toast I’d ever had and I’m still dreaming about it. Truly a gem of an establishment, I can’t wait to go back next time we are in the area.
