The Dutchman is almost too good for words!!! The hash made with very high quality pastrami, the potatoes fried in duck fat, with a sunny side up on top and a few apple chunks here and there is a delicious combination of flavors. All was cooked to perfection. I had to get a to go box as the portions were generous. It only comes with one egg. I love to mix the yolk with the potatoes so I got another egg. The service is exceptional as everyone was very friendly and cheerful. It was a little slow for me. It was Sunday morning and everyone was pretty relaxed, which was great, however I was in a bit of a hurry. Over all, it was great food, some of the best! Wonderful and pleasant service. When I’m in Ridgway I’ll make sure to eat here again!

Love this place! Super chic & classy without loosing its comfort or warmth. Love their interesting menu choices and delicious food. And consistent. I’ve been eating here regularly for two years and have never been disappointed. So many unique, extra mile lol touches like the fresh cucumber in the water and potatoes roasted in duck fat. Seriously amazing lil gem, don’t miss it!

I have been to Provisions before several times and it was exceptional. This time was a bit of a surprise. A lot of the staff was brand new. Service was good but, not great. But, the biggest disappointment was food temperature. It was cold. I saw several plates going back for re-heating. If they can get their act together, this could be the best restaurant in town. It’s going to be a minute until they win me back however.

Spent the week jeeping in Ouray. Last night decided to treat ourselves to a nice meal. Provisions did not disappoint. Fabulous. Service top notch. The manager was very accommodating, servers very attentive. There were 6 of us, so we tried getting a variety of dishes so as tried all the menu had to offer. The ravioli, perfection! The chicken, amazing, but the scallop was to die for!. All finished of with their own yummy touch! 5 star from start to finish!

Went for a quick brunch on a Wednesday and the place was so busy. We got seated at the bar right away and order some chai lattes and some dishes. Also, they have the best waffle in town!

Will always come here for dinner when I’m in town! Def make a reservation, they stay busy. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu and the cocktails are amazing. Fine dining in the mountains!

Rarely select 5 stars and rarely review based on one visit. Exceptions on both for Provisions. Stopped by for a breakfast sandwiches. The house made sourdough English Muffin, the fluffy scrambled eggs, the thick cut bacon, the argulua and dressing was over the top. By far the best breakfast we have ever had. Did I mention they are huge. Do not skip the coffee.

My wife and I stayed two nights in Ridgway and had a very enjoyable, satisfying dinner at Provisions. My wife had the filet mignon and I had the rainbow trout. I’ve never had trout this good before and I complimented the chef as he walked by. It was pan seared in butter and the result was crispy, tender, moist and soooo good. Drinks are very reasonably priced. Food was prepared and served quickly even though the place was filling up. The layout is small with only about 10 tables and is a combination bar-restaurant. The theme works. Service was equally great. Two thumbs up for this tucked-away gem.

It’s unfortunate that the what we assume is the owner was so incredibly rude. I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. The food was fantastic, but I wouldn’t recommend dinning here for brunch because of the service. Truly unpleasant.
