Avoid if you’re on a budget in even the slightest! There was no reason why 2 burgers, 2 sides of fries, 2 alcoholic drinks and 2 shots ran me $80+. Went here for a date, grabbed a pretty customized burger that was about $15, and my dates could have been $10, but we’ll say $15 for the math. The sides of fries were $5-6 a piece, but we’ll say 6 (These were no different than Stop & Shop brand fries, the quality was just simply not there and was surprised they were so much). The shots were 6 each, so $12. This is all fine/expected until I looked at the alcoholic drinks. No reason why my drink should cost more than the loaded up burger. Literally couldn’t believe it and thought I was getting robbed by the waitress (When it was really the establishment). Unless I missed something, I wasn’t expecting to throw down $30 (The drink alone was 15.50 so really $30.50) between a single burger and drink, never mind what I threw down for the meal. Could have gone to Applebees or Burger King for that matter. Trust me, if you’re thinking you’re gonna go here and get a good burger, there’s nothing special about the food at all, never mind the drinks. Service was phenomenal, but the overall experience simply was not worth it.

Had a great time having a late lunch here with my Dad today. Our waitress was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Their happy hour appetizers were a great option for us! We got the $2 crinkle cut fries and the fried mozzarella. We also got the “build your own burger”, which I really like because I tend to be picky on what I want on a burger. The food came out quick and was delicious. It’s super clean in there and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable on their menu. I highly recommend and will be coming back!

Service is a 10/10. The staff is incredibly nice and attentive. The atmosphere is fantastic. The downside… the food is absolutely inedible. It’s really a shame, because everything else is perfect. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was a frozen ground chicken patty with unmelted cheese on top. See picture attached. We also got boneless wings which were horrendous. They were that cheap ground chicken mixture, not whole tenders. We could not eat them. Very very low quality. This was probably the worst food I’ve ever had.

Clean atmosphere. Friendly staff once we got someone’s attention after sitting for a bit. Food came out pretty quick. Orders were accurate which I know should be the expectation but unfortunately not always the case in places. Everything was delicious. Only place we found that closed later than 10pm after watching a movie at Providence Place. Location has parking. Glad we tried it. Would go back.

We have a business in E Providence and it was the first time we have ever been here. Dinner on a Thursday night we arrived at 6:45, got seated right away and the server came right over. We got appetizers 10 minutes later (fried pickles were so good) and a couple draft beers and our burgers arrived just as we were finishing the app. They were delicious! My husband got the PBB and I had The Diner (gravy on the side) each with crinkle fries and we both devoured and loved them. The little “crunch” on the burger was exceptional, definitely the best burger in Providence!! Super clean, friendly and fast service and delicious food…….We’ll be back!

I ordered a classic cheeseburger. The burger patty was so thin like a McDonalds burger and overcooked in places it barely tasted like beef. It was tough. If the name of your business is a BURGER bar then there should be a nice thick burger. My son’s was just the same. The fries were good. When we walked in and sat down there was only 2 people already eating, no other customers. We were greeted from across the bar but the waitress still didn’t come for a while. Im not sure, I didn’t time it but still it felt like a long time when the place was empty. She didn’t check on us at all, when we were done and got attention for the check..I, as nice as I could be said that it wasn’t that good and I was disappointed. I only ate 1/2 of it. She apologized and said she would let someone know and if she could do anything…well they must’ve said no because she didn’t mention it when she gave the $32 check for 2 burgers and 2 fries, we both only had water to drink. Paid, tipped, said thank you and will not go back.
