We had a really great time here. I had an Old Fashioned and a Closing Argument and both were excellent. I had the Biscuits and Gravy and my wife had a Benedict of some sort. Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed our time. Our waiter was very pleasant and friendly. He answered all our questions and took good care of us while we were there. We will definitely be back. Totally worth the drive up.

Very chic and hospitable restaurant. Staff were very helpful in getting our party seated and getting our orders in, even though we arrived 3 minuets before food stopped being served! Everything was delicious, even my kale salad, which I expected to be underwhelming. But it was actually really good! The non-alcoholic drinks were fun as well. Always a nice space for a night time dinner

A must! We were visiting Bay City for the first time, and when we heard wine/charcuterie bar, we immediately went. We did not have a reservation, but it was early enough that we were able to get a table, as it gets busy! The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish; the staff is so friendly, the decor is sharp looking, and the food is excellent. The happy hour has great selections; we ordered drinks from the happy hour, and food from the regular menu.

Food was great. Service was good, and drinks were good. Menu was a little misleading with pricing, $5 charge for subbing a side salad, but the food was well worth the money. Would 100% recommend. Watch for live music on the patio, to further elevate your experience.

I chose Prost as my restaurant for my birthday dinner. All I have to say is Wow! Everything was perfect. The music was on point, food and drinks were outstanding, and our server, Jimmy was perfection! Jimmy went out of his way to spoil me and had me do a champagne bong, brought me slice of fudge… with a sparkler!!! and he also gave me a glass of champagne. Talk about being spoiled by a restaurant! The whole restaurant staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed which can be a lot with 11 girls. I would highly recommend going to Prost for your birthday or just in general!

We are really happy that the owners added one our favorite Frankenmuth destinations to the Bay City location. One of a kind in terms of charcuterie and wine pairings. Friendly, attentive staff and great indoor and outdoor seating (kind of bland surroundings, but it’s quiet and close to the river). The menu is somewhat limited, but often funky with delicious offerings. Do yourself a favor, gather some friends or plan a date night and go! Street parking only and I highly recommend making reservations on Yelp! otherwise you might be stuck outside, so do plan ahead. Excellent job, Prost!
