What a way cool experience! I had a colleague recommend this place to me so I had to try it. They make everything in house. The atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. The waiter was very nice and was very helpful in suggesting the favorites. He recommended I get the Spicy Paccheri Alla Vodka and I picked the Red Wine Sausage to go with it. While I waited, the bread basket they gave was amazing. Very delicious. Also, while I waited for the meal to come they brought a palate cleanser. Some sherbet ice cream The meal came it was very delicious. Not super spicy. The noodles were perfect. I would highly recommend this place to others. It was a little spendy, so a nice place to take someone for a special occasion. Enjoy!

Our first time here, and we will definitely go back and refer friends here! We chose to sit at the bar as we prefer to do for dinner. Our bartender/waiter, Lucas, was very kind and attentive. The warm bread to start was delicious! I love that they give you options to top the warm bread (roasted garlic, creamy butter, and yummy olive tapenade). We had the classic Caesar Salad with homemade croutons (they had just a touch of sweetness that was perfect) and the DRESSING! So good! My favorite part was that you could actually taste the anchovies in it, which I appreciated in a traditional Caesar dressing. For our main course, we had the Halibut that was recommended to us by our waiter. SO DELICIOUS! We had several of the wait staff greet us throughout our evening, so we were never waiting long for anything. Everything was perfection! Definitely enjoyed our experience and we look forward to dining here again!

We absolutely loved Prossimo! We ordered the table side mozzarella and calamari to start. Then I had the table side alfredo and my wife had the sea bass. Watching them make the mozzarella and alfredo table side was such a cool experience! Then we had the pistachio cheesecake for dessert. All of the food was amazing! Not too expensive for fine dining either. Will definitely visit again for another date night!

Incredible restaurant! I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Our group namely tried the Alfredo table side fettuccine, save one person who ordered the spicy Paccheri. Everything tasted very fresh. Their house made focaccia bread was delicious as well.

Took my out for her birthday and she enjoyed the Table Vero Alferdo Pasta with her Romaine Ceasar Salad. Also we had the Seared Alaskan Halibut. The mocktail drinks were great! Table pasta was awesome!! Shrimp was my favorite!

Enjoyed a delicious, fresh meal of calamari (sorry, no photo; it was just that good), il vero alfredo (with that fresh ground pepper), crab langoustine (trade off taking bites of those two, y’all: you will not regret the approach), and a crème brûlée that comes out as big as your face. Have not had a crème brûlée this creamy and smooth in a long while. Received excellent service from Damon. Definitely not a budget meal.

The food was impeccable. The table side handmade mozzarella paired with heirloom tomatoes was definitely a show stopper. We also enjoyed the meatball appetizer and spicy pasta dish. Definitely a special occasion restaurant. Allen our waiter was also excellent, providing recs (all the things we ordered he recommended) was very attentive and helpful. They offer complimentary bread which is delicious as well and a complimentary palate cleansing mini sorbet course. Overall, it was a memorable experience.
